Our favourite Mechanical engineer, Kira made this gift for Newbie. He is the most genius( hello, 3.98?), the most humble, the coolest person you will ever meet at 5 kilo. I believe he should turn this into a business, right? thank you soo much Kirayeβ€οΈ

My God, what a legend!
Recently, I saw an Instagram reel that said when Adam and Eve sinned, Adamβs curse was βα₯α¨α
αα¨α
α΅α ααα
β Eveβs curse, was βαα₯α½α α£αα½α α α ααααβ....and Eve has always been carrying her curse alone. But for Adam, his curse somehow became shared. cuz women hustle too.
So when a woman and a man achieve the same thing, I donβt see it the same way... not because Iβm sexist, not because Iβm biased toward my gender.... but because for men, hustling is their default setting. For women, hustling comes on top of everything else theyβre already carrying. And when I see amazing women like this women whoβve done it all, carried it all, and still stood tall, I canβt help but see them differently.

Most of my classmates have gotten in to Bloomberg(full time) without internship, so yeah i think there is the chance

Yeah, Iβve been there tooβ¦ itβs frustrating mejemeria.
But as much as you can, show the client you're putting in effort. i think the most important thing is not losing their trust....
The client might even change the requirements, bring in another human resource, or you might even figure it out yourself and get it done
but whatever the case, be available. Let them see that you're trying, that you're giving it your best. (don't lose their trust)

Uni was overall good, Egziabher ymesgen.
I think it made me stronger, more open minded, and humbler mnamn... because of the experiences and the people I met there.
The cool things I did:
I was just myself. Like⦠authentic the whole time.
There were moments I embarrassed myself, times I overshared, times I messed up mnamn...but because I didnβt rush to fit in, I was actually able to find my people. If I had forced myself to belong, I probably wouldnβt have.
Another cool thing: I learned to sit with discomfort.
To face things instead of avoiding them.
To challenge myself
Things I regret:
For the first 3 mnamn years, I wasnβt very open minded. My circle was small, and I was scared of trying new things...but that changed later.
I also wish I had networked more.
People there are very geniuses, and I really shouldβve spent more time with them and learned from them.
And
I used to think less sleep = more productivity (especially those first 3 years)...but it just made me miserable.
