So before I get in to class Just saw this video on X about the Riemann Hypothesis and like why not explore So primes (2, 3, 5, 7…) look random, right? But apparently there’s this deep math function (zeta function) that controls their behavior behind the scenes.

when mathematicians plot where that function = 0, all the important points line up on ONE vertical line (real part = 1/2).

Like not “roughly”… literally perfectly straight. If that’s true, it means primes aren’t chaotic they follow the most perfectly balanced pattern possible. Why it matters sijemerrrr

primes are the backbone of stuff like cryptography, algorithms, and basically how we understand numbers at scale. This hypothesis tells us how predictable (or unpredictable) they really are.
