ARP Spoofing (ARP Poisoning) ማለት በ-LAN ውስጥ አጥቂው የራሱን MAC Address ከRouter/Gateway IP ጋር በማያያዝ የሐሰት መልእክት በመላክ የኔትወርክ ትራፊክ የሚጠልፍበት ጥቃት ነው።
የጥቃቱ ሂደት፦
Request: ተጠቂው የRouter-ን MAC ለማወቅ በኔትወርኩ ይጠይቃል።
Spoofed Reply: አጥቂው ቀድሞ የRouter IP ባለቤት እኔ ነኝ የሚል የሐሰት MAC ይልካል።
Cache Poisoning: ተጠቂው የሐሰት መረጃውን ARP Cache ላይ ይመዘግባል።
Traffic Interception: መረጃ በሙሉ ወደ Router ሳይሆን ወደ አጥቂው ይሄዳል።
ዋና ዋና አደጋዎች፦
MitM: የይለፍ ቃልና ሚስጥራዊ መረጃዎችን መጥለፍ
DoS: ግንኙነትን ሙሉ በሙሉ ማቋረጥ
Session Hijacking: የተከፈቱ አካውንቶችን መቆጣጠር

DAI (Dynamic ARP Inspection) በስዊች ላይ ማብራት
Static ARP መጠቀም
VPN / HTTPS በመጠቀም መረጃን Encrypt ማድረግ
