The second charge as it states:
"Refusal to communicate, at the request of competent authorities, information or documents necessary for carrying out and operating interceptions allowed by law"
๐น What does that mean is simply that Telegram refused to give out personal details and information of its users to the US and israel to persecute, arrest or even assassinate them over whatever that "law" they speak of deem as lawful or unlawful.. The more concerning part, such "law" sees freedom of speech as a threat but completely ignores the genocide in Gaza and sees it as "self-defense", that already shows such "law" has no morals no standards no nothing, but to be completely complicit with genocide and abuse their power to shut down any voice that speaks against them
๐น They see opposing genocide is more dangerous than the genocide itself, which already shows you what kind of authorities they are and what kind of "law" they have
๐น The rest of the charges are completely thrown at Durov just to make it seem like more of a reasonable thing to arrest him when EVERYTHING mentioned already exists in EVERY platform and social media, added just to make it less obvious but their censorship is crystal clear. It is like blaming the one who invented the tool because someone misuses it, while they use their bombs to kill civilians and fund the ongoing genocide, no one holds them accountable nor charges are pressed against them
๐น This is an attack on freedom of speech and people privacy, whenever there is bits of privacy in the hand of the people, they put their best effort to tear it apart then claim they are democratic right afterwards. Similar to Julian Assange case, this one is a lot worse and a bigger attack on freedom of speech
๐น Based on this attack on freedom of speech and people's privacy, any social media owner is at serious risk of being threatened and persecuted for simply choosing not to hand over information of their users to the US government and israel
