💎 IDROCK UPDATE — 'Post A Truck' GETS FULL CHANGE HISTORY
One small change in a Post a Truck can completely change the result.
A dispatcher may create a PAT with the right driver, payout, RPM, destination, equipment, or timing — and later someone from the team may accidentally or intentionally change one of those details.
💬 The problem? Until now, it could easily turn into:
😤 “Who changed it?”
😡 “I didn’t touch it.”
🤬 “It was already like that.”
With IDROCK’s new Recent Actions feature, that discussion becomes much simpler.
💡 Recent Actions can be opened across PAT sections, including Matched and Deleted, and it tracks changes made during the last 48 hours.
You can see important updates such as:
• Driver changes
• Payout / rate changes
• Start date & time
• Destination changes
• Excluded locations
• Equipment changes
• Status updates
• And exactly who made the change ⏮
Even a small adjustment in RPM or payout can play a major role in whether a load gets secured or missed.
IDROCK will not just show the current PAT — it shows what changed, when it changed, and who changed it.
🤝 More transparency. Less confusion. Better teamwork.
🥸 The “changer” will no longer stay hidden.
Alhamdulillah, another practical feature is coming together.

Weekly Comparison: Week 33 vs. Week 34
😌 Gross: $9,556.32 ↑ from $8,976.34 (+6.57% ▲)
😌 Miles: 2,155.44 ↑ from 2,089.11 (+3.17% ▲)
😌 RPM: $4.43 ↑ from $4.31 (+2.78% ▲)
🔼 Week 34 delivered a solid improvement across all three key performance metrics. Gross climbed by more than 6.5%, supported by both an increase in average mileage and stronger freight rates. Drivers averaged approximately 66 more miles than the previous week while also improving the average RPM to $4.43, meaning the additional distance translated into even greater revenue efficiency rather than simply more driving. This week's results indicate that both freight availability and pricing improved simultaneously—a combination that produced higher utilization and stronger overall earnings.📈 Trend: Higher Gross, more miles, and stronger RPM — a well-balanced week with improvements in both freight volume and rate quality. ⬅️Previous Week 👥 @ghareer 👥 @mssmarket #WeeklyAverage

💎 IDROCK — RELEASE PLAN UPDATE
Initially, our plan was to release IDROCK only after the A+ Load Board was fully completed.
However, we decided to adjust the roadmap so we can bring the product to users earlier without rushing the testing process.
For the first release, our main focus is now on:
• Trips
• Load Board — (AutoBook & Post Truck)
These core parts are currently under active development and testing. As soon as they meet our standards and pass testing, IDROCK will be released, insha’Allah.
The A+ Load Board is not being removed from the project. It will continue development and will be added shortly after the initial IDROCK release.
Instead of waiting for every planned feature to be completed, we believe a phased release will allow users to start benefiting from IDROCK sooner while we continue building the next major features.
Alhamdulillah, progress continues every day.
First release. Then continuous improvement. Insha’Allah.

📢GROSS: $32,225.00 - 🆕🆕 RECORD.
Another California 🔄 Ohio round trip — and this one set a new benchmark for the MSS Car Hauling Department.
The 9-car hauler completed the round at $32,225 gross / $5.75 RPM over 5,596 miles, with 21 units delivered.
A result like this is never one-sided. Strong execution on the road and strong work behind the screen — driver and dispatch moving as one team. This is currently the highest gross recorded in the MSS Car Hauling Department and a new record for a 9-car hauler. Alhamdulillah. 🤝 Credit goes both ways — excellent work by the driver and the entire dispatch team. ⬅️Previous Week 👥 @ghareer 👥 @mssmarket #carhauling

🆚WEEK 33
Pressure stayed high. The podium stayed ruthless.
🏆 #1 GOLD — $13,651.37 | $5.18 RPM
🥈 #2 SILVER — $11,855.90 | $4.76 RPM
🥉 #3 BRONZE — $11,282.43 | $5.11 RPM
⚔️ Week 33 proves it again: strong RPM keeps the fight alive, but total execution takes the crown.

Weekly Comparison: Week 33 vs. Week 32
😌 Gross: $8,976.34 ↓ from $9,663.60 (-7.11% ▼)
😌 Miles: 2,089.11 ↓ from 2,314.29 (-9.73% ▼)
😌 RPM: $4.31 ↑ from $4.22 (+2.13% ▲)
📉 Week 33 presented a mixed performance. While Gross declined by just over 7%, the average RPM improved, indicating that freight rates strengthened despite drivers covering fewer miles. The reduction in mileage was the primary factor behind the lower Gross. Drivers averaged about 225 fewer miles than the previous week, but the higher RPM of $4.31 helped soften the impact, preventing a steeper revenue decline. This week's numbers suggest that pricing improved while freight volume eased—a healthier market rate partially offset by lower utilization.📈 Trend: Stronger RPM, fewer miles, and a moderate drop in Gross — better rate quality helped cushion the impact of reduced activity. ⬅️Previous Week 👥 @ghareer 👥 @mssmarket #WeeklyAverage

⏳ 6 years. Alhamdulillah.
Funny enough, I almost let the date pass quietly until Uncle Ron from LinkedIn sent his yearly congratulations again. I’ve never even met him in person but his message made me stop for a second and realize:
💭 MSS is already 6 years old.
Six years of long days, sleepless nights, pressure, mistakes, lessons, risks, growth and countless decisions made when nobody could guarantee the outcome.
And through all of it — Allah made the way possible.
I’m deeply grateful to my partners and co-founders Makhmud and Sherzod, and to every single person who has ever contributed to MSS — whether for years, months, or even one small step. Every effort became part of this story.
People came and went. Teams changed. Markets changed. We changed too.
But MSS kept moving.
⏳ 6 years behind us. In shaa Allah, the best chapters are still ahead.
Alhamdulillah for everything.

Weekly Comparison: Week 32 vs. Week 31
😌 Gross: $9,663.60 ↑ from $8,700.47 (+11.07% ▲)
😌 Miles: 2,314.29 ↑ from 2,194.34 (+5.47% ▲)
😌 RPM: $4.22 ↑ from $4.01 (+5.24% ▲)
🔼 Week 32 delivered a solid recovery, with all three key metrics moving back in the right direction. Gross climbed by more than 11%, supported by improvements in both mileage and revenue per mile. The rebound was well balanced. Drivers averaged over 120 additional miles compared to the previous week, while RPM also recovered above the $4.20 mark. The combination of stronger utilization and improved pricing pushed Gross back toward the $10K level. While not yet matching the stronger weeks earlier in the season, Week 32 clearly reversed the previous week's decline and restored positive momentum.📈Trend: Higher miles, stronger RPM, and Gross approaching $10K again — a healthy recovery following the slowdown in Week 31. ⬅️Previous Week 👥 @ghareer 👥 @mssmarket #WeeklyAverage
