Weekly Comparison: Week 43 vs. Week 42 🍁Gross: $8,728.96 ↓ from $9,296.62 (-6.11% ▼) 🍁Miles: 2,025 ↑ from 1,977 (+2.43% ▲) 🍁RPM: $4.44 ↓ from $4.79 (-7.31% ▼)
🔻 Week 43 showed a further decline in average Gross despite a modest recovery in mileage. Earnings decreased by 6.11%, primarily reflecting weaker freight rates rather than reduced operational activity. Drivers covered approximately 48 more miles than the previous week, while RPM dropped by 7.31% to $4.44. This indicates that additional mileage was not enough to offset the decline in rate quality, resulting in lower average earnings. ⚙️ Unlike Week 42, when reduced mileage was the primary challenge, Week 43 experienced greater pressure from weaker revenue per mile. Although operational activity improved slightly, Gross fell below $9K, highlighting the impact of lower-paying freight on overall performance.
📊 Trend: Slightly higher mileage, weaker RPM, and declining Gross — Week 43 reflected improving utilization but deteriorating rate quality, with lower revenue efficiency outweighing the benefits of additional miles. ️Previous Week 👥 @ghareer 👥 @mssmarket #WeeklyAverage

Amazon Relay users: an important update from MSS IT. Our IT specialist at MSS Hauling recently found signs that Relay may record clicks on buttons added by browser extensions — the extra tools installed in your browser. This could help Amazon identify the use of these tools. Whether this leads to account warnings or restrictions remains unconfirmed. For IDROCK, he says he has already made a change designed to stop those specific clicks from being reported to Amazon. 👥 @ghareer 👥 @mssmarket #insights #idrock

Weekly Comparison: Week 42 vs. Week 41 🍁Gross: $9,296.62 ↓ from $12,191.88 (-23.75% ▼) 🍁Miles: 1,977 ↓ from 2,521 (-21.58% ▼) 🍁RPM: $4.79 ↓ from $4.92 (-2.64% ▼)
🔻 Week 42 recorded a significant decline in average Gross following the strong performance of Week 41. Earnings dropped by 23.75%, primarily reflecting a substantial reduction in mileage rather than a major deterioration in freight rates. Drivers covered approximately 544 fewer miles than the previous week, while RPM declined by just 2.64%. This suggests that reduced operational activity was the main factor behind lower earnings, with rate quality remaining relatively resilient. ⚙️ Despite the sharp reduction in Gross, RPM held near $4.80, indicating that revenue per mile remained comparatively strong. The results highlight lower utilization as the primary challenge rather than a significant weakening in pricing.
📊Trend: Significantly lower mileage, relatively stable RPM, and reduced Gross — Week 42's decline was driven mainly by lower freight activity, while rate quality showed resilience. ️Previous Week 👥 @ghareer 👥 @mssmarket #WeeklyAverage

WEEK 42🆚 The front two went almost blow for blow. 🏆#1 GOLD — $14,520.08 | $5.73 RPM 🥈#2 SILVER — $13,161.01 | $5.71 RPM 🥉#3 BRONZE — $12,229.49 | $4.72 RPM 🍁 Week 42 proves it again: when efficiency is nearly equal, total execution decides the crown.

Week 41 showed broad-based improvement across all three key performance metrics, reversing the decline recorded in Week 40. Average Gross increased 20.85%, supported by both higher mileage and stronger freight rates. Drivers covered approximately 245 additional miles, while RPM rose 9.33% to $4.92. Together, these gains indicate improved utilization and rate quality, resulting in substantially higher average earnings. ⚙️ Average Gross exceeded $12,000, the highest level recorded across Weeks 33–41. The concurrent increases in Miles and RPM reflect a balanced improvement in operational activity and revenue efficiency.
📊Trend: Week 41 combined higher mileage, improved RPM, and significant Gross growth, marking a strong recovery driven by gains in both freight activity and rate performance. ⬅️Previous Week 👥 @ghareer 👥 @mssmarket #WeeklyAverage

🚨 AI FRAUD WATCH | Italy A major AI-enabled banking fraud has been uncovered in Italy. 🏦 Fideuram / Intesa Sanpaolo 💰 Nearly €95 million was transferred overseas. 🧊 A large portion was later recovered or blocked, while roughly €39.5 million remained unaccounted for according to court records reported by ANSA.
The attackers first impersonated Intesa Sanpaolo CEO Carlo Messina through WhatsApp. They then reinforced the story with a phone call using an AI-cloned voice of a senior lawyer known to the victim. The fake communications convinced Fideuram’s then-chairman to authorize urgent, confidential international transfers. Another similar case involving an Italian bank resulted in approximately €24 million in fraudulent transactions, with part of the money later recovered. Investigators say the schemes used similar combinations of messages, emails and AI voice cloning.
🧠 INSIGHT The attackers did not need to hack the bank. They hacked the trust and approval process. Before AI: Suspicious message → call the executive to verify. Now: The message can be fake — and the voice answering the call can be fake too. Companies handling large payments can no longer treat email, WhatsApp or voice confirmation alone as strong proof of identity.
Quote In the AI era, one of the weakest points in financial security may not be the technology itself — it may be human trust.

Weekly Comparison: Week 40 vs. Week 39 🍁 Gross: $10,088.28 ↓ from $11,662.82 (-13.50% ▼) 🍁 Miles: 2,276 ↓ from 2,439.01 (-6.68% ▼) 🍁 RPM: $4.50 ↓ from $4.83 (-6.83% ▼)
🌡Week 40 experienced a noticeable decline across all three key performance metrics following the strong results of Week 39. Average Gross dropped by 13.50%, reflecting a combination of reduced mileage and weaker freight rates. Drivers covered approximately 163 fewer miles than the previous week, while RPM decreased by 6.83%. This suggests that both lower utilization and softer rate quality contributed to the decline in average earnings. ⚙️Despite the slowdown, average Gross remained above $10K, indicating that revenue levels stayed relatively stable. However, the simultaneous decline in Miles and RPM highlights the importance of improving both freight volume and revenue efficiency.
📊Trend: Lower mileage, weaker RPM, and declining Gross — Week 40 marked a correction from the previous week's strong performance, with reduced activity and softer pricing putting pressure on average earnings. ⬅️Previous Week 👥 @ghareer 👥 @mssmarket #WeeklyAverage

Weekly Comparison: Week 39 vs. Week 38 🍁 Gross: $11,662.82 ↑ from $10,202.96 (+14.31% ▲) 🍁 Miles: 2,439.01 ↑ from 2,375.02 (+2.69% ▲) 🍁 RPM: $4.83 ↑ from $4.32 (+11.81% ▲)
📊 Week 39 delivered a strong recovery across all three key performance metrics. Average Gross surged by 14.31%, driven primarily by a significant improvement in RPM rather than increased mileage. Drivers averaged approximately 64 more miles than the previous week, while RPM jumped by an impressive 11.81%. This indicates that stronger-paying freight played a major role in boosting earnings, allowing drivers to generate substantially more revenue with only a modest increase in distance. ⚙️The combination of improved rate quality and steady operational activity pushed average Gross above $11.6K, marking a significant improvement in overall performance.
📊Trend: Stronger RPM, slightly higher mileage, and a major Gross increase — Week 39 demonstrated a clear recovery in rate quality and revenue efficiency. ⬅️Previous Week 👥 @ghareer 👥 @mssmarket #WeeklyAverage

🤖 AI IS NO LONGER THE FUTURE. IT'S ALREADY TRANSFORMING THE WORKPLACE. Artificial intelligence is no longer just an assistant. It's becoming a powerful alternative for handling repetitive tasks faster and at a significantly lower cost. 📊 MSS CASE Recently, at MSS, we experimented with using ChatGPT to streamline our bookkeeping operations. Here are the results:
⏰ 1.5 months of financial reporting — completed in just 2–3 hours with ChatGPT. 💰 Traditional monthly cost: 4,000,000 UZS (~$339) 🤖 AI monthly cost: ~$110 📉 Monthly savings: ~$229 (67.5%) 📈 Estimated annual savings: ~$2,748
And most importantly, a reporting process that previously required ongoing manual work was completed in just a few hours. What did this experience teach us?
AI may not eliminate every profession, but it is already transforming how many jobs are performed. For businesses, competitive advantage is no longer simply about having more people or resources. It's about using available resources more intelligently. Of course, AI-generated financial reports still require human verification and oversight.
The future belongs to those who know how to work with AI, not against it. 👥 @ghareer 👥 @mssmarket #insights 🔥

Weekly Comparison: Week 38 vs. Week 37 🍁 Gross: $10,202.96 ↑ from $10,111.00 (+0.91% ▲) 🍁 Miles: 2,375.02 ↑ from 2,209.00 (+7.52% ▲) 🍁 RPM: $4.32 ↓ from $4.63 (-6.70% ▼)
🔄Week 38 showed mixed performance, with a slight increase in Gross despite a noticeable decline in RPM. Average earnings rose by just 0.91%, while mileage increased significantly by 7.52%. Drivers covered approximately 166 more miles than the previous week, but the additional distance generated only a marginal increase in revenue. The 6.70% drop in RPM suggests that lower-paying freight reduced overall revenue efficiency. ⚙️ Although operational activity improved, weaker rates absorbed most of the potential earnings gains. Gross remained above $10K, demonstrating revenue stability despite less favorable pricing.
📊Trend: Higher mileage, lower RPM, and nearly flat Gross — increased freight activity helped maintain earnings, but weaker rate quality limited profitability gains. ⬅️Previous Week 👥 @ghareer 👥 @mssmarket #WeeklyAverage
