If you’re broke, eat like a spartan warrior
Meats and fish were rare for the common soldier but they still have to get their protein intake to fuel their muscle 💪
So legumes and seeds are the best affordable option for a typical soldier 🪖
Barley, Oats and buckwheat are commonly used for their nutritious dense property (10g protein per 100g)
Coupled with beans which is the most complete food ever (protein, fiber, carb) i would go for kidney, pinto and black beans and for 4 dollars AUD (400g barley, 1 can of 220g beans)
you already got 1500kcal with 60g of protein, dabble in some meat and you’re good

Dinner - lamb ramen (my lamb addiction is getting out of hand) 🐏
Eating out guide: 🍜
You avoiding shit food is impossible but keep these 3 things in mind
- stay away from oily food
- prioritize protein so you don’t over eat
- keep added sugar to a minimum
This ramen boul is
1. Little on oil
2. Milder in taste (not as aggressive tasting)
3. High in protein
This is some schizo shit if you already eat healthy but for those of you who don’t have time or have to eat out then this is some tweak to make it healthier

1st meal of the day

2nd meal
Lamb stew with buckwheat and some veggies
Don’t underestimate the nutritional value this meal
- Buck wheat is 1100 calories/ 33g protein and 160g carb
- Lamb is 70g of protein (i snack on 50 grams protein worth of lamb before this meal)
Ending out day with ~2200 kcal
