🔺 reciprocal cross: crossing between 2 individuals one carrying dominant pure trait and the other carrying recessive pure trait and vice versa.if the result in both cases are similar then the gene falls on smoatic chromosome and if the resluts are different at the opposite type it means the trait gene located on sex chromosome or CYTOPLASM ON ORGANELLES

▫️Law of segregation/mendal’s first law: the paired gentic factors in an individual split from eachother when the gametes are formed.after it formed in pairs again during fertilization when the gentic individual are created and its repesented by mendal first law

In this case, you can see all possibilities of unit male and female as well as knowledge its phenotypic and genptypic model and their respective ratio

▫️Test cross: The aim of this cross is to identify the GENOTYPE of an individual with DOMINANT UNKNOWN PURITY .it’s crossed with another RECESSIVE individual for that trait. If ALL members were carrying the dominant trait, this member must be PURE in that trait.if 50% were dominant members and 50% recessive, that means the individual is HYBRID in trait
بالمسائل يكللنا crossing X UNKNOWN PURITY,identify the purity
حنسوي 2 probabilities:
اول واحد:dominant pure X recessive
ثاني واحد: dominant hybrid X recessive
و هاهيه،بس ملاحظة مرات اكو اسئلة يريد نحدد الpurity بس شنو متكون unknown فهنا تضريب عادي ليجي بالك تسوون بروبابلتي وهيج البروبالتي بس اذا يكلي unknown purity
Back cross: it’s cross between hybrid members of the FIRST generation with a PARENT or an individual similar to one of them
هنا حيطلب بالمسألة cross one of the individuals with the patent
حينطينا تضريب نختار الفرد الي نتيجته HYBRID لازم لازم
هذا الhybrid احنه منعرف male لو female فشنسوي؟نسوي

و بعدين من حيتزوج غير دجاجة تره يبقه التضريب P1
