Hitler receiving the sabre of Charlemagne in Nuremberg (1938) On the orders of Adolf Hitler, the imperial relics were brought to Nuremberg in 1938, where they were displayed in the Katharinenkloster. During the Second World War they were stored in the Historischer Kunstbunker to protect them from aerial bombardment. The Imperial regalia were found there by American soldiers in 1945 and returned to the Hofburg in 1946.

Note: This written order did not only apply on paper but in actual SS activities, it was to be read to all officers during roll-call and was reviewed four times each year: Dieser Befehl ist in allen Stürmen beim Appell zu Die verlessen. Die Verlesung Ist vierteljährlich zu wiederholen. ----- “This order is to be read out at roll call in all storms. The reading must be repeated quarterly.” – Heinrich Himmler

“I STRICTLY FORBID any disturbance or tactlessness at religious events of all denominations (e.g. also at processions of the Catholic Church). A tactful attitude is also a matter of course when churches are visited for historical or artistic reasons. Just as I make sure that, in accordance with the orders of the Führer's deputy, no one suffers any disadvantage or even ridicule because of his own religious worldview, I forbid myself to allow a member of the SS to harass or ridicule another person because of his religious beliefs. Just as the German has never been in favor of compulsion of conscience, the religious convictions and views of his neighbor are just as sacred and inviolable to him. “I would like to express today that the Hitler Youth is connected to God like no other youth, that it does not question its religious attitude and that we all will not allow ourselves to be dishonored by our loyalty to God, our leader and Germany in front of anyone. And all this not by order or by command, but out of inner duty . Despite all the attacks of the opponents of our youth, we stand upright in faith to our banner, our leader and his people, and believe that we may be able to stand before the eternal Judge of the world with a demonstration of our humility and faith that His forgiving mercy can recognize the basis of our aspiration, love for Him. In 1943, the U.S. National Catholic welfare conference supposedly drew significant attention to the words attributed to Hitler referencing a hidden plan to destroy Christianity sometime in the near future: “We are not out against the hundred and one different kinds of Christianity, but AGAINST CHRISTIANITY ITSELF. All people who profess creeds are smugglers in foreign coin, and TRAITORS TO THE PEOPLE. Even those Christians who really want to serve the people, and there are such, will have to be suppressed.” - Adolf Hitler to the Reich Leader of the Students’ League in 1935. This statement, which thoroughly contradicts every other address and speech the Führer had made in 1935, was cited in 'The Speeches of Adolf Hitler, April 1922-August 1939, Volume 2' published to the Oxford university press and the author explains: “I HAVE NO GERMAN TEXT FOR THIS and I am unable to trace on what authority this citation is attributed to Hitler. I quote from 'Nazi Nuggets', ed. Clara Leiser. London, Gollancz, 1939” — Norman H. Baynes, in The Speeches of Adolf Hitler (April 1922 – August 1939, pp. 1716 “[...] To Sir Nevile Henderson in an interview (on 3 Mar. 1938) Hitler said that he would not brook any further interference by English Churchmen in the religious affairs of Germany. It was their meddling which had caused him to give orders for Niemöller to be put into a concentration camp after he had been set at liberty. If any English bishops attempted to come to Germany, they would be turned back at the frontier. The Clock of the Runes For those who don't know, the Runic clock was a masonic mystery symbol used by the heirs of Guido von List, a man deeply involved in jewish mysticism, who in part, worked to formulate the cult of Wotan and its teachings upheld by Stephen McNallen of Asatru Folk Assembly to this very day. The Armanenschaft, the group that preserved his teachings was shut down in as early as 1935, with their main doctrine, Ariosophy, investigated for its ties to Bolshevik infiltrators, similar to the leader of Thule society; Rudolf von Sebottendorf (possibly of Jewish ancestry), arrested in 1933 as enemy of the State. Sebbottendorf as he was being deported to Turkey, sought refuge with a Jewish occultic enterprise; the Termudi Family. This explains why many self-proclaimed neo-pagans use this symbol up until today.
