CPU College Post Graduate programs(2016 E.C Enrollment Category)

To All National  Graduate Admission Test (GAT) applicants: Previous GAT results can not be used for applications in this academic year; they have to sit for the national GAT for two reasons: 1) The national GAT will have a new cutoff point for passing, which is not decided yet, 2) There will be a certificate on the national GAT.

MODIFIED DATES FOR GAT EXAM (Because of the upcoming festivals) Dear all, Good morning. Hope everything is going on well with you. As per our earlier communication, we are currently working for the administration of GAT exams. For the effective management of it, however, the followings are required to be communicated to candidates: 1. Institutions are required to inform their respective faculties to register using the AAU portal from Meskerem 21-25/2016 E.C. 2. Institutions are required to communicate that GAT exam will be administered from Meskerem 28-30/2016 E.C.

The College celebrated the Graduation ceremony, it was a memorable event held at the National Theatre Hall on September 16th, 2023, with the presence of the CPU community, parents, college senate members, and the esteemed guest of honor, Dr. Ebba Mijena, CEO,  Academic Affairs at ministry of Education (MoE). Recognizing outstanding students from each department with Merit Certificates, Medals, and awards is a great way to celebrate their achievements. 🎓👏

Greetings Dear All, As per the direction given from ministry of education, applicants in all post graduate programs must qualify Graduate Admission test (GAT) to declare candidacy. As part of this requirement, we are planning to offer tutorial class or training on Graduate Admission Test (GAT) on Sept 23, 2023. All post graduate applicants should get ready accordingly. We will attach the schedule until upcoming Friday. N.B - Training will begin on Sept 23, 2023 for weekend applicants. -Training will begin on Sept 25, 2023 for Extension (Monday-Friday) applicants.

#MoE ትምህርት ሚኒስቴር ከብሔራዊ መታወቂያ ፕሮግራም ጋር በመተባበር የዲጂታል መታወቂያ ስርዓትን በትምህርት ተቋማት መደበኛ የተማሪዎች መለያ አድርጎ ለመተግበር መወሰኑን ገልጿል። የተማሪዎች ዲጂታል መታወቂያ ጥቅም ላይ መዋሉ የተማሪዎችን ማንነት በወጥነት መለየት የሚያስችል ስርዓት እንዲኖር ያደርጋል ብሏል። ይህም ዲጂታል መታወቂያ በሁሉም የትምህርት ተቋማት አበይት የማንነት ማረጋገጫ ስርዓት ሆኖ እንዲያገለግል የሚያስችል እንዲሁም የአሰራር ድግግሞሽን በመቀነስ እና በተማሪዎች የትምህርት ሰነዶች መካከል አንድነት እና ቅንጅትን የሚያጠናክር ነው ሲል ገልጿል። ከዚህም ባለፈ  የግል መረጃን የማስቀመጥ እና የመጠቀም ደህንነትን በእጅጉ እንዲጨምር  የውሂብ ጥበቃን እንዲረጋገጥ  ፣ ማንኛውም አይነት ጥሰቶችን ለመቀነስን ያግዛል ብሏል። የብሔራዊ መታወቂያ መርሃ ግብር ከትምህርት ሚኒስቴር ጋራ ባደረገው ስምምነት እስከ አሁን 640 ሺህ ተማሪዎች ብሔራዊ መለያ ቁጥር ማግኘታቸው ይፋ ተደርጓል። @tikvahethiopia

Dear Prospective Graduate Program Applicants, As per the Ministry of Education's directive, all applicants must take the Graduate Admission Test (GAT) and meet the minimum requirements to be eligible for our graduate programs. The GAT consists of three sections: 1. Verbal Reasoning (60 questions) 2. Quantitative Reasoning (40 questions) 3. Analytical Reasoning (25 questions) To help your preparation, the School of Graduate Studies has developed two sets of model questions with key answers aligned with the GAT format. These materials are already duplicated and available to the registration team. For easy access and communication, we have created a dedicated Telegram channel to provide essential information and support to both new and existing students throughout the GAT preparation process. Furthermore, to enhance your preparation, we have availed two comprehensive GMAT preparation books covering a wide range of topics, including grammar, mechanics, sentence correction, analytical writing, and quantitative problem-solving.
