Such people are under the direct surveillance of the devilβs allies. They are tempted by promises of further promotions, profit, and success. We have no right to behave like naΓ―ve children. We should know that in contemporary society there is a βceilingβ for all who fix their eyes on worldly success. This is the devilβs barrier past which one can advance only by joining the Communist party or the Masonic lodge, that is, only by forfeiting oneβs eternal salvation to the enemy of humankind. This βceilingβ can rightly be called baptism into Satan, or disavowal of Christ. This is why such parishioners are desperately in need of our prayer.
