أرقام staging سهلة بس منعًا للنسيان يعني إن شاء الله اضرب أي stage * 2 وزود عليها واحد هتطلع معاك أرقامها إن شاء الله T2 « 2*2=4 .. 4+1=5 so T2 « 4 cm .. 5 cm كله كدا بس T1 هتزود معاها 1 سم يعني 1 .. 2 .. 3

في حالة أي open heart surgery لازم أعمل حاجتين أوقفه بس احافظ علي الدم يروح لباقي الجسم فبوصله علي مكنة القلب الصناعي CBP machine الحاجة التانية اني أرخي عضلة القلب عشان أعرف أشتغل عليها وعشان أقلل ال metabolic needs بتاعتها يعني عاوز أوقفه في أنهي phase of cardiac cycle ؟ أكيد ال diastole مين الي كان بيعمل arrest of the heart in diastole ؟ طبعا البوتاسيوم البوتاسيوم بيتعطي من ضمن حاجة اسمها cardioplegic solution يعني المحلول المُشِل لعضلة القلب اسمه التاني Plegisol عبارة عن بوتاسيوم وحجات تانية أهمها electrolytes مختلفة ولازم لازم ميتعطاش إلا ومعاه ال sodium bicarbonate عشان يعمل buffer of ischemic acidosis الي هيحصل بيتعطي anterograde the aortic root الكلام ده كان بيتشرح في الراوندات فاعرفوا بس اهم حاجة انه اسمه cardioplegic solution وأهم حاجة فيه K بيعمل arrest of the heart in diastole

في علاج ال undescended testis أول كلمة بس افتكر تقول هجرب hormonal الاول خاصة لو bilateral في علاج الهرنيا اول كلمة تنطقها عالج ال precipitating factor

▪The best ttt now in ttt of varicocele is Percutaneous embolization or interventional. عايزين بس نفتكر إن قبل التفكير في العملية في علاج conservative لو حالته مش أسوأ حاجة ببدأ بيه.

▪The main disadvantage of retroperitoneal approach in ttt of varicocele is Recurrence.
