| 2 | Alhamdulillah!
Another 7.5! My Sabrina, a sixteen-year-old school pupil, literally nailed the test despite the anxiety she had during the exam.
She could have easily scored 9.0 in Reading and at least 8.0 in Speaking! She is one of the rare students with passion and innate talent in reading and comprehension!
My little star, the more, the better! You are incredible! | 112 |

| 6 | In my experience, a student who stays after the lesson and asks, “If I put in X amount of hours a day, do this course, and read that book, will I get a 7.5 or 8.0?” is doing nothing but asking the question to feel good about themselves. Because asking the question is easier than doing the thing. Almost invariably, these students are just cocky (have some sort of moral superiority because they are asking ways to reach a goal) and lazy af. On the contrary, those who make notes, attend lessons without skipping a lesson, and just do the thing always get the score they set their sights on. They usually ask good questions, not the questions that make them look nice | 192 |

Many countries are today celebrating solstice.
Did you know anything about this phenomenon? | 202 |
| 8 | Today, 22nd of June
Post of gratitude. Took the idea from @baxora_sk
Today, I expressed all my feelings - disappointment and frustration - to a parent of a student because she literally blamed us even though we from the very first day made sure she improves and enhanced her English.
Today, my mum told me how lucky, proud and grateful she is to have us (her four daughters) as her children.
Today, I had lunch with my old student.
Today, I had a talk and walk with my soulmate, the one who can listen to me endlessly without any unsolicited advice and criticism.
Today, I had a night talk with my sister, the most precious person in my life.
Today, 4 students from school approached me and told me how much they missed me and my classes.
Today, my husband gave me money and told me to have delicious lunch.
Today, my mum and sister asked me to have rest and to take care of myself.
Today, I was told that there are many hundreds and thousands of people in Samarkand who admire my classes and follow me on my Instagram.
Today, my student - a school leaver - got an amazing 6.5 despite having to miss many classes because of family circumstances. Now, he can apply his documents to any university.
Today, we bought a pool for my son.
Today, I joined a new writing Task 1 sprint program of Irina Lutsenko.
Today, I wrote a new Task 1 report.
Today, I am alive. Today, I shared my knowledge with other students who showed their gratitude afterwards. Today, I had palatable breakfast, lunch and dinner. Today, I am grateful.
Grateful for everything!

| 11 | The Davies sisters' childhood influenced the way they decided to use their wealth. | 192 |
| 12 | In this question, for instance, the variable is “influence”.
So, did their childhood INFLUENCE the way they decided to use their wealth?
Yes - it DID influence - True
No - it DIDN’T influence - False
Not Given - Not enough information to conclude whether it DID influence or not - Not Given | 184 |
| 13 | My favorite question type, to most people’s surprise, is true/false/not given questions.
Let’s work on some questions from this new practice book.
However, first, let me help you deal with this question type.
Identify a variable in the argument given.
Variable - a part of the argument that might be given either same way or different or not provided at all. | 139 |
