As reported by on-chain investigator ZachXBT, more than 50 victims were hit.

⚠️ $DOT Exploit via Hyperbridge
A hacker leveraged a vulnerability in Hyperbridge to forge a message and seize control of the $DOT token contract on Ethereum.
The attacker minted 1 billion $DOT and offloaded it in one transaction, netting approximately $237K. The damage was contained thanks to low liquidity on decentralized exchanges.
The incident has been verified by CertiK.
In response, several exchanges paused DOT deposits and withdrawals temporarily.
