معلومات مهمة في CNS: 1) meningioma is common in females due to hormones.. 2)Meningioma is associated with mutation in chromosome 21.. 3)Exra_axial tumor being outside brain 🧠 tissue e.g meningioma.. 4)Intra_axial tumor being inside brain 🧠 tissue e.g gliomas.. 5)Tumors with psammoma bodies are meningioma and serous tumor of the ovary.. 6)Psammomarous meningioma is wavy in shape.. 7)Glomerular vascularization is in grade 4 astrocytoma (glioblastoma).. 8)Oligodendroglioma has monotonus cells.. 9)Gemstocyte cells are normal component in astrocytoma.. 10)shwanoma has capsule but neurofibrom doesn't have .. 11)Medulloblastoma is aggressive but radio_sensitive and doesn't lead to metastasis.. 12)Tumor with palisading cells Glioblastoma (type 4 astrocytoma) and Antoni A in shwanoma.. 13)Collagen bundels in neurofibroma like shredded carrot. #CNS
