اعد القراءة مرتين والفكرة رح توصل لك تماما
Glandular structures microscopically prominent in grade 2- 3 (as in pattern 1 , 2 ,3 )
Papillary means more grade 3-4 (as in pattern 3-4)
Solid to cribriform more grade grade 4 (as in pattern 4 )
Diffused and Comedo more grade 5 ( as in pattern 5 )
( المقصد هي تشرح لنا على grading داخل الى Scoring نفسة ، كلما زاد ال grading زادت ال complexity pattern ) وبالأول والأخير نتيجتك النهائية تعتمد على ال Scoring
وال Scoring رح يكون معاك احتمالين من كل pattern وبالتالي لو جمعت الاحتمالين من كل pattern رح يكون المجموع النهائي ( 10) وهذا هو ال Scoring
ونبدأ ال Scoring من 2 , لانه دائما ال prostatic cancer يعمل involvement لأكثر من surgical lobes فأقل شئ احصل على 2 patterns فأقوم بجمعهم
