We appreciate your patience as the AXE Securities team works diligently to ensure a smooth transition of ownership. Here’s what you need to know: • New Purchases: New purchases are temporarily unavailable as we upgrade the checkout page with improved payment service providers (PSPs) for a more seamless experience. • Dashboard Setup: We are finalizing the setup of the new Dashboard for TFF. All existing traders will receive an email with their login credentials once this is ready. • Additional Trading Platforms: We are adding more trading platforms to provide traders with a wider choice and better options. • Payout Requests: In the next 24 hours, we will post a form where traders can submit requests regarding payouts that were accepted but never paid, as well as disputed payouts. Our team will review these requests promptly. • Giveaway Accounts: A form will also be available within the next 24 hours for anyone who has won a giveaway but has not yet claimed their account. This will allow you to submit a request for your giveaway account to be processed and issued. • DX Trade Update: We understand that DX Trade was unexpectedly disabled today. This was a surprise to the new management team, as we received no prior warning. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. We are in the process of requesting the latest data from Eightcap to ensure that any progress made by traders is preserved. We know that trust takes time to build, and the next few days will bring significant changes to the TFF brand. Becoming partners with Eightcap was a great decision for TFF. Even though MT4/5 is a no go this does not affect our partnership and the day we go live 🚀 Other platforms will be available still whilst our back end staff think of another solution to try and get MetaTrader for our traders ❤️ Thank you all for the patience, the future is very 🌟

UPDATE ‼️ We was suppose to be live however due to metaquotes contacting eightcap to say you can’t do prop work anymore was a huge shock from all parties and one which is devastating to say the least. TFF was going into full partnership with eightcap meaning, refunds,payouts and staff was managed by both parties but due to this most recent news it has put on hold. As the CEO of TFF it was the best decision to join forces with eightcap however now we are exploring other avenues and can only apologies for this inconvenience. We are all truly devastated with this news :(
