📢 Important Update on TFF Ownership Dear Community, Two months ago, we acquired the TFF brand from Thomas Cobain. However, the situation presented to us was far from accurate. Despite our best efforts to resolve these discrepancies and settle the disputes with him, we were unable to reach a constructive resolution. After weeks of intensive discussions with our legal team and careful consideration from our board, we’ve made the challenging decision to transfer ownership of The Forex Funder (TFF) brand back to Thomas Cobain (Tommy) until the court issues a final ruling on the disputed ownership. This decision was not taken lightly, as it comes amidst a complex legal dispute, and we believe it is the most responsible course of action under the current circumstances.
