56 Lessons of greatness is a goodbook. As it taught me all about growth, success, consistency, etc. 56 lessons of book is worthit. I finished reading it 2 weeks back.

I purchased your 56 Lessons of greatness book a few months back. I have finished that reading. I really loved the way you wrote that down with no fluff. As I was going through last page. I thought to provide you some feedback. It's really a wonderful book. It teaches everything about success and growth through concise lessons. Keep it up variable.

Character You may have heard the saying:
β€œWhen wealth is lost, nothing is lost. When health is lost, something is lost. When character is lost, everything is lost.”
And the older I grow, the more I understand why. Wealth can be rebuilt, health can sometimes recover. But when character collapses, the foundation of a person begins to crack. Some say, β€œIf you have money, you can get everything.” But the truth is, money can buy attention, comfort, and temporary loyalty. It cannot buy character once it is lost. If you have wealth but no character, people may still smile at you. They may respect your status, your influence, or your power. Because that is how the world often works. But trust? Trust is different. People may stand beside you in public, yet speak against you behind closed doors. Because deep inside, humans are biologically wired to value integrity more than appearance. Psychologists describe character through traits like honesty, self-control, resilience, empathy, and moral consistency. Studies have shown that people with strong internal values make better long-term decisions, build deeper trust, and recover faster from adversity. Trustworthy people activate a sense of psychological safety in others, and trust is one of the most powerful forms of social influence. True character is tested when life becomes uncomfortable. Anyone can act good when life is easy. Character appears when: - nobody appreciates you, temptation is near, pressure is high, and pain stays longer than expected. If the storm passes and you still smile with dignity, humanity, and strength, that is character. Protect it more than money. Protect it more than status. Protect it more than temporary pleasure. Because once values become negotiable, people stop respecting your words. And eventually, you stop respecting yourself. The world may fear power, but it trusts character. And trust is the highest form of power. How do you know the character of someone? Do not watch how they behave in comfort. Watch them when: - they are angry, - they are losing, - they gain power, - they face criticism, or when nobody can punish them for doing wrong. That is where character reveals itself. A person with strong character does not need to prove strength loudly. Their presence speaks before they do. Because the strongest people are not always the richest or the loudest. They are the ones whose values do not collapse under pressure. Finally, if you want to become a leader, protect your character. Once people doubt your character, you will loose a privilege to be a good leader. No one will take you serious. - variable | #var491

DRUGS. When you hear this word, what comes to your mind? A drug name? A movie scene? A dealer standing in a dark corner? No. That’s not enough. Your blood should boil whenever you see someone consuming it or spreading it. I live in a society that has been destroyed by drugs. Let me tell you a real story. There was a man addicted to drugs. He used to buy them on credit, everyday he was going in debt. One day, the supplier demanded his money. The man had no money to repay him. So they made a plan. One day, the addict invited the supplier to his house. They entered his sister’s room. They tied her up. And that supplier repeatedly r*ped her. For weeks and months. She remained locked in that room while the supplier came again and again to abuse her. That is how her own brother repaid his debt. One day, the neighbors found out. They complained to the authorities. And do you know where that brother is now? In a rehabilitation center, and the supplier escaped. I say encounter the man who used his own sister to clear his dues. Rules should be strict. Nothing in this world can remove that woman’s trauma now. She will carry it until her last breath. And this is not the only story. There are thousands of stories hidden behind drugs that would outrage you. Drugs block your mind. You stop thinking logically. You become emotionally numb. A person under drugs can become a monster. Unfortunately sometimes corrupt officials protect these dealers. They take bribes and allow poison to spread in society. Drugs are not a β€œmodern version” of cigarettes or tobacco. When drugs consume you, humanity leaves you. You stop recognizing relationships. You forget who is your mother, sister, father, brother, or wife. I have seen sons assault mothers. Brothers destroy sisters. Men attack innocent girls. There is a massive dark market of drugs that most naive people know nothing about. You are busy watching self-improvement videos, chasing success, reading books, and trying to build your future. But outside, monsters exist. People who destroy lives for money. Wake up. You are the warriors of tomorrow. I see leaders in you. I see humans in you. Make people aware. Protect your family. Protect your friends. Speak against drugs before another life gets destroyed. - variable | #var490

HOPE Hope is an illusion and I admire this illusion. When you say, one day you will get this. It's hope. Now this illusion gives you strength to work for that thing. If you do not hope for something, how will you get motivated to work for that. So, never lose hope That's why last year I said to you, LOSING HOPE IS FATAL Listen to it again

Read this carefully, it may change how you see fulfillment forever. Most people believe that one day they will finally feel complete. They think more money, success, power, knowledge, or love will eventually bring lasting happiness and fulfillment. But human desires never truly end. The moment one goal is achieved, another desire quietly takes its place. Few people truly understand this. Those who do become rare. Read now

The biggest form of wisdom is knowing thyself. Everyone is unique. You are unique. The people and things in your life are unique too, like your parents, school, community, language, books, friends, even your lover. Yet, despite all this, you still try to act like others. The biggest misery in life is not knowing who you truly are. Stop comparing yourself to the guy who looks better than you, earns more, has a better family, or studies in a better school. Instead, understand who you are and discover what you were made for. Every person is naturally inclined toward something. Some are drawn to engineering, some to leadership, business, medicine, teaching, and countless other paths. Find what you are inclined toward, something you can do for hours without getting tired, and dedicate yourself to it. Become a master of your craft. Nowadays, people are becoming generalists. They possess shallow knowledge of many things but lack depth in any one field. Gain knowledge about different areas, but achieve mastery in at least one domain. - variable | #var489

For Future Leaders If you aspire to become a leader, a true one, not a manipulative one, then understand this: Leadership is not built in comfort. It is forged in discipline, sacrifice, and the courage to stand alone. The real strength of a leader lies in uncompromising principles, protocols, and ideologies. Every leader people respect for years… even decades… protects their values more than their popularity. Because principles become identity. The moment a leader starts bending rules for greed, pleasure, attention, or temporary gain, people may still follow them for a while, but respect slowly disappears. History remembers leaders who stayed firm. Not those who changed themselves to please everyone. So if you truly want to become a leader: - Don’t compromise your values for temporary comfort. - Don’t betray your principles to keep certain people around. - And never allow anyone to reshape your identity. Be strong enough to sacrifice the people and things that try to corrupt your vision. Because a true leader loses many things… but never loses himself. - variable | #var488

One of the most powerful lessons in this audio is about confidence, something that can truly elevate your confidence, if you work on it. I demonstrated one parameter practically. Don’t miss it. Listen till the very end, because the best part might be exactly what you need to hear. #vt_peptalk

Indoor Confidence vs Outdoor Confidence Most people already have indoor confidence. Around close friends, cousins, siblings, or people they trust, they speak freely. No fear. No overthinking. Just natural confidence. But the real challenge is outdoor confidence. - Talking to strangers. - Starting conversations. - Speaking to elders. - Approaching the opposite gender. - Expressing yourself in unfamiliar situations. This is where many people become nervous. Their voice changes. Their mind overthinks. Their confidence disappears. And because of this, they miss opportunities. The truth is, your growth begins the moment you become comfortable outside your comfort zone. Once you develop outdoor confidence: β€’ Networking becomes easier β€’ Opportunities increase β€’ Communication improves β€’ Your personality becomes stronger β€’ You stop doubting yourself Yes, it takes time. Especially if you are an introvert. But confidence is not something people are born with. It is built through repetition, discomfort, and experience. Start small. One conversation at a time. One step outside your comfort zone every day. Because the world rewards people who can express themselves confidently. Remember: The first step to remain confident is to kill fear of anything in your life. - variable | #var487

Human nature is variable. You don’t act the same everywhere. In front of your parents, you are different. In front of your friends, you become extroverted. In front of your lover, you become romantic. In front of your teacher, you become respectful. And there is nothing wrong with that. In fact, that is how it should be. Some people say, β€œBe the same in front of everyone.” But honestly, that’s impossible. How can you behave with your teacher the same way you behave with your lover? How can you talk to strangers the same way you talk to your closest friends? Life doesn’t work like that. That’s why this is VariableTribe. A constant personality is a fallacy. Wisdom is not acting the same everywhere. Wisdom is knowing how to act according to the situation. Wise people understand environments. They understand timing and behavior. And confidence comes from this understanding. Confidence is not loudness. Confidence is knowing how to carry yourself in every room. When you don’t know how to act in front of certain people, you become confused. You hesitate and overthink. But confident people are different. They know when to be calm. When to be bold. When to speak. When to stay silent. When to lead. And when to listen. That is not fake personality. That is social intelligence. - variable | #var486

Indoor Confidence and Outdoor Confidence Confidence really matters if you want to become an exceptional and great person. Without confidence, you may suffer a lot. But, but, but, here’s the catch. Most people behave one way in front of their parents, siblings, and friends. However, when it’s time to act the same way in front of others, they’re unable to do it. That’s why I’ve divided confidence into two types. Before defining these two types, let me tell you what confidence is: Confidence is the feeling of trust or belief in your own abilities, qualities, and judgment. In simple terms, it means: - You believe you can handle a situation - You trust your decisions - You feel sure about what you’re doing Confidence is the beginning of your professional success. I too suffered with confidence issues, but I figured out how to come out of it. In next few posts I will talk about confidence. Tomorrow, I’ll tell you about these two types. For now, I have to go. See you tomorrow... - variable | #var485
