3) Sexual Desire Sexual desire is a natural human emotion. There is nothing wrong with having it. The problem begins when you become a slave to it. Almost everyone in life experiences sexual desire. It gives pleasure for that moment, but people who constantly chase pleasure gradually weaken their self-control. Seneca famously said:
"No man is free who is a slave to his body."
If you can't control these desires whenever necessary, you may end up in bad situations. You may get distracted from your real aim in life, you may get used by other people, and you may lose your peace. Every wise person has some work to do in life which he or she considers their life-mission. I believe you are wise and have some purpose too. To continue working toward that purpose, you have to control your desires whenever needed. Remember Pleasure is temporary. Your daily work and your character bring lasting happiness. A good life is built on wisdom, justice, courage, and self-control. You can enjoy intimacy with your partner, but if you can't control your sexual desires whenever it's necessary, they may corrupt your mind and make you hungry for pleasure all the time. I don't condemn sex. I condemn being ruled by sexual desire every single time. When you are ruled by this emotion constantly, you start to objectify people and see them only for their bodies. In extreme cases, uncontrolled desire can push people toward harmful or even criminal behavior, some may even become rapists. A person may not start out as a bad person, but repeatedly giving in to uncontrolled impulses can lead to terrible choices. - Excess of Everything is Bad - Whenever you do it legitimately, do it without shame, but remember, sex is a physical act between bodies. Don't become emotionally enslaved by it. - Practice moderation rather than excess. - Avoid it if it disturbs your peace. If you engage in sex, do so responsibly, consensually, and without becoming attached to pleasure. Choose your pleasures wisely because some pleasures bring greater pain later. The motive of this program is: "Understand your desires rather than deny them." Sexual desire will arise from time to time. When it happens, act responsibly, consensually, and enjoy the moment, but don't become its slave. Sex can be a part of love. It can bring two people closer, but it is not the whole of love. It is just one part of it. If you truly love someone, understand them, listen to them, teach them what is right if they don't know, grow together, and above all, focus on peace. At the end remember: Sex is a natural instinct of the body. It is a desire. Don't let this desire destroy your career, reputation, health, family or relationships. The best person is not the one who has no desires, but the one who has the ability to control them whenever it is necessary. Controlling sexual desire can be challenging, and that's completely normal. Don't worry if you don't succeed every time. Just give your best to control it in situations where it matters. With time, maturity, and life experiences, you will become better at it. Remember, self-control is freedom. - variable | #var506

2) Anger - I have seen a lot of wise people, with a lot of knowledge, acting like stupid people, especially when a situation demanded patience, but they chose anger instead. - I have seen people hit and even kill others because of anger. - I have seen people destroy their own lives, and sometimes the lives of others, because of anger. - I have seen people make the worst decisions of their lives simply because they were angry. Anger is a negative emotion, but it's natural. Everyone feels it. The difference is that some people control it, while others let it control them. What I do is wait. I delay my response because I know that anger can make me commit a mistake that I may regret for years. So I learned to control it. Controlling anger requires wisdom, self-awareness, and experience. It is not a sign of weakness; it is a sign of strength. The Stoic philosopher Seneca said:
"Anger is a kind of madness."
He also believed that the greatest remedy for anger is delay. The longer you wait, the weaker your anger becomes. He compared taking revenge in anger to "returning a bite to a dog." If a dog bites you, you don't bite it back. You act with reason, not emotion. Anger rarely benefits you. It steals your peace, clouds your judgment, makes you aggressive, damages relationships, and often creates problems that didn't exist before. Most arguments are not caused by intelligence or logic. They are caused by emotions that people fail to control. If you become angry, that's natural. But if you cannot control your anger, it has the power to create chaos in your life. The next time someone provokes you, don't react immediately. Pause, delay & think. Your response will define your character more than the situation itself. Be chill whenever someone tries to provoke you. This is how wise people are recognized. - variable | #var505

1) FEAR Fear is an emotion that has made the majority of people mentally handicapped. It is the only emotion that, when released in the brain, can make a person cowardly and stop them from doing what they are supposed to do. However it's not always negative. Fear is a natural survival mechanism too. When your brain senses danger, it prepares your body to either fight, run away, or stay still. That's why fear isn't always bad. Once you understand fear and learn to go through it, you can become almost invincible. Very few things will be able to stop you. But note this: every person fears something. Some fear situations, some fear death, some fear losing their loved ones, and some fear other things. Fear isn't always bad. It is a protection mechanism of the body. It protects you from accidents, dangerous situations, and harmful decisions. It can even stop you from committing a crime. However, there are some situations where you need to obliterate fear completely. If you fear such situations, you can destroy your own potential and lose many opportunities in life. This is what I call the fear of nothing. You feel fear inside your mind, but even if you go through that situation, nothing bad will actually happen. Your brain simply imagines the worst outcome and treats it as if it were real. Many people fear situations like: - Approaching strangers - Asking questions - Saying "no" whenever necessary - Speaking in front of people - Expressing their opinions respectfully - And many more similar situations Understand this: fear is a natural emotion. Anyone can fear anything, but you are not supposed to fear situations that do not deserve fear. The more you avoid these situations, the stronger your fear becomes. Every time you face them, your brain learns that there was never any real danger. This is how confidence is built, not by thinking, but by taking action. That doesn't mean you should always be bold. You should remain humble, respectful, and kind, but not silent every single time. So the next time your mind tells you to do something that is right and legitimate, do it without fear. Don't let your imagination decide your future. Once you conquer unnecessary fear and become wise, you become unstoppable. You seize opportunities, you grow, and you live more freely. You become brave, and people naturally admire bravery when it is guided by wisdom. You become a leader and a revolutionary who inspires others. Remember this: Courage is not the absence of fear. Courage is doing what is right even when fear is present. Don't allow your mind to fear every situation and don't forget to be civilized person. - variable | #var504

Introduction An emotion is your mind and body's natural response to a situation. Emotions help you to survive and make decisions quickly. They are not your enemy, but if you always let them control your actions, they can hold you back. In this series, we will explore seven powerful emotions that influence a large part of our daily lives: Fear, Anger, Sexual Desire, Excitement, sadness, Boredom, worry. These emotions are natural and universal. You cannot always control them when they arise, but you can learn to control how you respond to them. Think about everyday situations: - If someone insults or provokes you, you may feel anger. - If someone threatens your life, fear may arise. - If you're in an intimate situation with someone you're attracted to, sexual desire may arise. - If you achieve something important, you may feel excitement. - If your mind isn't engaged for a long time, you may experience boredom. These emotional responses are a normal part of being human. They come and go depending on the situation. The problem isn't feeling them, the problem begins when they consistently make your decisions for you. ~ If anger controls you, someone can manipulate you with insults. ~ If fear controls you, people or situations can intimidate you into giving up. ~ If sexual desire control you, you may go through honey-trap someday. ~ If excitement controls you, you might lose sight of your long-term goals. ~ If boredom controls you, you may constantly seek distractions instead of meaningful work. Understanding your emotions doesn't mean suppressing them. It means recognizing them, understanding why they arise, and choosing your response instead of reacting automatically. That is emotional maturity. Throughout this series, we will explore each of these emotions in depth, why they exist, how they influence our decisions, and how to work with them instead of becoming controlled by them. A true VARIABLE understands two responsibilities: 1) To become a better person every single day. 2) To make the world better through meaningful actions. Fulfilling these responsibilities requires discipline. - Sometimes you must work even when you're sad. - Sometimes you must stay calm even when you're angry. - Sometimes you must act despite your fears. - Sometimes you must resist temptation. - Sometimes you must continue even when you're bored. That is real freedom, not the absence of emotions, but the ability to choose your actions regardless of them. Over the coming days, we'll understand these emotions one by one and learn how to build a stronger, more disciplined, and more resilient mind. Be ready. - variable | #var503

Are you ready? Don't Cry on Your Deathbed One day, you will lie on your deathbed. In those final moments, your entire life will flash before your eyes. The opportunities you took. The chances you wasted. The people you loved. The people you hurt. For many, that moment is filled with regret. "I had the power to help... but I didn't." "I let my ego destroy relationships." "I chased things that never truly mattered." "I became someone I never wanted to be." History is filled with stories of people who reached the end of their lives wishing they had lived differently. Don't become one of them. You are young. You still have time. Use it wisely. Build a life where success never costs your character. Earn enough that poverty doesn't control your future, but never let wealth control your heart. Become powerful, but never arrogant. Become successful, but remain humble. Become intelligent, but never stop learning. Wherever you go, leave people better than you found them. Help when you can. Forgive when you should. Stand for what is right, even when it is difficult. Live in a way that, when your final day arrives, you don't look back with tears of regret. Look back with peace. Smile because you used your time well. Smile because you made someone's life better. Smile because you lived with purpose. And when your story comes to an end, let your final thought be: "I lived a life worth remembering. And you should die with a smile" - variable | #var501

This is the story of the majority of great fathers and husbands out there. Do you remember when I talked about lies in the video which is on YouTube. There are two types of lies, "the soft one" and "the evil one". I told you, you can lie, but the soft one. Today I'll share with you a wonderful story of a soft lie. Some lady writing this: ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ My Husband "Lies" to Me, and That’s Why I’m So Happy I know my husband "lies" to me. And strangely, it’s one of the many reasons I love him so deeply. When he comes home exhausted after a long, tired day at work, I ask him, β€œHow was your day?” He smiles and says, β€œIt went well.” I know he's not telling the whole truth. I know he pushes himself beyond his limits so that our family never goes without. That little lie? It’s love in disguise. When he's unwell, I ask him, β€œHow are you feeling?” He says, β€œBetter.” But I see the weariness in his eyes. He says it not to deceive, but to protect me from worry, another gentle, selfless lie. When life throws its challenges at us, and I feel like crumbling, he wraps his arms around me and says, β€œWe’ve got this.” He pretends to be unshakable, to be my rock. And while I know he’s hurting too, maybe even more than I am, he hides it to lift me up. That lie is strength, wearing a brave face. He even lies when he gives me money for the household. β€œThis week was good,” he says, though I know he’s stretched thin and probably went without. He doesn’t care, as long as we’re okay. That lie is a sacrifice. And when our children ask for gifts or treats, he gives them with a smile, like he has all the money in the world. They don’t see the overtime, the exhaustion, the quiet budgeting. But I do. That lie is joy dressed as generosity. He even lies to himself, thinking he has to be perfect perfect man. But what he doesn’t realize is this: He doesn’t need to be perfect. He is already the best father, the best partner, and the greatest blessing in our lives. Yes, my husband lies to me. And every single one of those lies is proof of just how much he loves us. That’s why I’m happy. So deeply, profoundly happy - variable | #var500

Prolonged Isolation Isolation can be powerful. There are phases in life where choosing solitude is the right decision. In isolation you can read more books, learn more soft skills, build character and contemplate more. When there is no one around who inspires growth, it is better to walk alone than to waste your time in meaningless company. That's why I often encourage people in VTCH to embrace temporary isolation. Lock in, build, study, train, create. But remember one thing: Temporary isolation builds you. Prolonged isolation slowly breaks you. When isolation stretches for months or years, something changes. Your social skills weaken. Your emotions become harder to express. Your perspective becomes narrower. Your mind starts feeding on its own thoughts without challenge. You may feel comfortable, but comfort is not always healthy. Humans were never meant to live completely alone. The young generation is increasingly choosing isolation, not to grow, but to escape. And that kind of isolation is rarely harmless. The goal is not to isolate forever. The goal is to become so strong in solitude that you can return to society with wisdom, confidence, and something valuable to offer. Choose isolation as a tool. Never make it your permanent home. - variable | #var499

Communalism There are people killing others on the basis of religion

Prolonged Isolation. Prolonged isolation means when you isolate yourself for longer duration of time like 6 months, 1 year. You don't prefer to socialize, you enjoy the state of isolation where there is no one. I often tell to you and people in VTCH to prefer isolation if there is no one worthy of hanging out with. But this is temporary phase where you put most of your focus on your goals. But prolonged isolation, I never vote for it. Prolonged isolation kills a person internally Young generation is going through this phase and it's always detrimental
