Good Morning Friends,
Prelims is over and the real game starts now.
1st an update on Cut - Off (82-85 for General and OBC)
Though most have claimed the paper was easy, but it was not that easy.
The topics on which the questions were asked were quite familiar and also the pattern of the questions were balanced..so thatâs why most of you feel the paper was easy, but it was not.
CSAT was way too easy, so it is not going to play a significant role unlike last year.
Thatâs why the cut off will be somewhat similar to that of 2022.
Those who have a score of 80+ should start for Mains preparation right away.
Those who have not cleared, take a break for a week and if you wish to continue with your preparation RESTART with small tasks - Answer writing, Ethics, Essay and Optional till November.
All the best for your journey ahead đđ

Plan for remaining days following up to Prelims 2024 on June 16, 2024
1. First and foremost, all you have to do is to keep your confidence high.
2. Revise your short notes which you have made based on some topics and points which you find as important but often get forgotten.
3. Try revising subjects with standard sources like polity, history, geography etc., where the chances of getting a question from the book which you revise are high
4. Focus more on CSAT than GS.
5. Attend 2022 and 2023 CSAT papers fully in 120 minutes time in the 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm slot to tune your brain
6. Try practicing some PYQ of GS to get immersed into the language of UPSC. You can also take your regular mocks as planned earlier
7. Have a good sleep (6 to 7 hours) and take care of your health by having healthy foods.
You have already prepared more than enough for this exam. Now it is time to stay confident and chin up expecting a flawless and perfect execution. Stay in the hunt!

Remember the commodities in the MSP list. No need to learn the stats. UPSC previously has asked questions from this list.
