እነዚህን መድኃኒቶች በአንድ ጊዜ ከመጠን በላይ ወይም በተደጋጋሚ መውሰድ ለኩላሊትዎ ጉዳት ሊያደርስ ይችላል። እንዲሁም ለቁስለት (ulcer) ወይም ለGERD (የጨጓራ አሲድ ወደ ጉሮሮ መመለስ ችግር) የሚወሰዱ የፕሮቶን ፓምፕ ማገጃዎችን (PPIs) ለረጅም ጊዜ መጠቀም ሥር የሰደደ የኩላሊት በሽታ የመያዝ እድልን ሊጨምር ይችላል።

In commemoration of the Ethiopian Pharmaceutical Association (EPA)’s Golden Jubilee in December 2024, EPA introduced 7 new pharmacy initiatives one of which is focused on strengthening the Young Pharmacists Group/Wing (YPG). To move this initiative forward, EPA established a task force/committee and has been actively working to empower young pharmacists through mentorship, professional development and engagement within the association.
Following the revitalization of the committee, the task force has continued to advance the initiative with a dedicated webinar session. The first webinar in this series will be titled: “Building Your Path in Pharmacy: Career Journey, Experience, Lessons and Emerging Opportunities.” This session is designed to support young pharmacists as they plan their professional future by sharing real experiences, practical lessons, and insights into emerging opportunities in the pharmacy field.

| 17 | የመድኃኒትና የሕክምና መገልገያዎችን አቅርቦት ለማሻሻል የሚያስችል ታሪካዊ የትብብር ስምምነት በኢትዮጵያ መድኃኒት አቅራቢ አገልግሎት (EPSS) እና በኢትዮጵያ ጤና እንክብካቤ ፌዴሬሽን (EHF) መካከል ተፈረመ።
፨፨፨፨፨፨፨፨፨፨፨፨፨፨፨፨፨፨፨
የስምምነቱ ዋና ዓላማ ከግል የጤና ዘርፍ የሚመጣውን የመሠረታዊና ሕይወት አድን መድኃኒቶች እንዲሁም የሕክምና መገልገያዎች ፍላጎት በአንድ ላይ ማሰባሰብ እና አቅርቦቱን ማሳደግ ነው።
የኢትዮጵያ ሄልዝኬር ፌዴሬሽን ፕሬዚዳንት ዶ/ር ማርቆስ ፈለቀ እንደገለጹት፤ አጋርነቱ የEPSSን የግዥና የአቅርቦት ሰንሰለት አቅም በመጠቀም የመድኃኒት አቅርቦትን ለማሻሻል፣ ዋጋን ተመጣጣኝ ለማድረግና አስተማማኝነትን ለማረጋገጥ ያለመ ነው ብለዋል።
አክለውም ስምምነቱ በቅድሚያ ከፍተኛ ትኩረት በሚሹ ምርቶች ላይ በማተኮር ተጨባጭ ውጤት ለማስመዝገብና ከትግበራው በሚገኝ ትምህርት ሂደት ውስጥ አቅምን እያደራጁ ለመሄድ ታስቦ የተዘጋጀ መሆኑን አብራርተዋል።
በሌላ በኩል የኢትዮጵያ መድኃኒት አቅራቢ አገልግሎት ዋና ዳይረክተር ዶ/ር አብዱልቃድር ገልገሎ እንደተናገሩትም "የግል ወይም የመንግሥት ታካሚ የሚባል የለም፤ ያለው ጥራት ፣ ተመጣጣኝ ዋጋ የሚፈልግ እና አስተማማኝ የጤና አገልግሎት የሚሻ አንድ ታካሚ ብቻ ነው" ብለዋል።
አጋርነቱ የማደንዘዣ (Anesthesia)፣ የካንሰር ሕክምና (Oncology) መድኃኒቶች እና የዲያሊሲስ (Dialysis) መገልገያዎችን ፍላጎት በአንድ ላይ በመሰብሰብ በተመጣጣኝ ዋጋ ለማቅረብና ገበያውን ለማረጋጋት ትልቅ አስተዋጽኦ እንደሚኖረውም አክለው ገልጸዋል።

| 18 | ሰላም, እንዴት ናችሁ? ዛሬ በሥርዓት መስማት የሚፈልግ ሰው ብቻ ነው ይሄን ቪዲዮ የሚያየው።
ምን ልላችሁ ፈልኩኝ ዛሬ? ራንደም ነገር ላወራው ቁም ነገር ነው። ከሁለት ወር ከምናምን በፊት ቲክቶክ ላይ ኢንጌጅመንት የለኝም, ቪው የለኝም, በቃ በጣም ይወስነኝ ነበር ግን 50 ሺህ ነው የሚታየው, በጣም ሺህ ነበረ, ማስተዋወቂያም የለም። ቁም ነገር ነው ይሄን ማወራችሁ።
እና በቃ እንቢ ብዬ ሎኪን አደረኩ እና በደንብ ሰራሁት ምናምን ከዛም እግዚአብሔር ይመስገን አናሊቲክስም ተስተካከለ በየቀኑም ከእናንተ ጋር እንገናኛለን, እንነጋገራለን ግን አንድ የገባኝ ነገር ምን መሰላችሁ?
አንድ ነገር ከፈለጋችሁ ጠዋት, ማታ, ሌሊት, ሽንት ቤት ሆናችሁ, እያበላችሁ, እየነዳችሁ ስለዛ አንድ ነገር ብቻ ማሰብ ያለብላችሁ። በቃ ሁለት ነገር እንዳታስቡት አስታችሁ።
ሁልጊዜ እዛ ነገር ላይ በግድ ഒብሰስድ (obsessed) ልመሆን ሞክሩ እንጂ በቃ ያ ነገር እናንተ ጋር ይምጣ, ይምጣ, ይምጣ እያላችሁ አይመጣም። እናንተ ትናላችሁ መሄድ ያለብላችሁ። እና ያን ነገር በቃ በየቀኑ ማሰብ ከጭንቅላታችሁ መውጣት የለበትም በምንም ተአምር።
ሲቀጥል ደግሞ አንድ የተገናዘብኩት ነገር ማለት ነው እዚህ ዓለም ላይ ምንም አዲስ ነገር የለም በቃ። ምንም ነገር የለም።
ሆነ ነገር አልተስተካከለ ያላችሁ አሁን እኔ ቆሜ ሳየው በዛ ሰዓት ግራ የሚገባኝ ነገር አልተስተካከለ ያለኝ ነገር ከጭንቅላቴ ውጪ የመጣ ነገር የለም አሁን መፍትሄው። እዚሁ ጭንቅላቴ ውስጥ ነው ያገኘሁት።
እንዴት? በቃ ቦታ ማቀያየር ነው ነገሮችን ማገናዘብ። ችግሩ የትኛውን ነው ህይወት ውስጥ? ችግር ሆኖብኝ እንዳልሰራ ያደረገኝ ምንድነው? እንደዚህ እንደሆነ ያደረገኝ ምንድነው? እንደዚህ ያደረገኝ በቃ ያንን ማወቅ ነው።
ሲቀጥል ደግሞ ሪዘን (reason) ሪዘን ባይ ዘ ዌይ like አሁን እኔ ድሃ ነኝ, እኔ ድሃ ነኝ የሚያግዘኝ ሰው የለም, የሚያረዳኝ ሰው የለም ማንም የሚያየኝ አለሁ የሚለኝ ሰው የለም ስለዚህ ድሃ ሆንኩት ብትሉ, ዮአር ራይት (you're right) ልክ ናችሁ።
እኔም በቃ በደንብ የማጨበጨበው በቃ ሊያ ልክ ነው ለዚህ ነው ማለት ነው። ግን አንደርስታንድ (understand) ያደረኩት ነገር no one's care ማንም ሰው ስላንተ አይመለከተውም, አያገባውም, ማንም ሰው ሊያድንህ ሃይል መጥም እዚህ ዓለም ላይ።
ሶስት ዓመት እኔ like የሆነ ሰው የሚያድንኝ አይነት ፊሊንግ (feeling) ነበረ ውስጥ የሚመስለኝ ቁጭ ብዬ ምናምን ምናምን ምናምን ማንም ሰው አይመለከተውም ስላንተ ህይወት አይመለከተውም ስላንተ ላይፍ አንተ እና አንተ ብቻ አንተ ነህ የሚያድነው የራሰን ህይወት።
በአንተ ቁመት የተሠራ እዚህ ዓለም ላይ ባንተ ልክ ባንተ አእምሮ ማንም የለም አንተ ብቻ ነህ ያንን አካል ማንቀሳቀስ የምችለው። ራስህን ስለዚህ ዮአር ዘ ማአን (you're the man) አንተ ብቻ ስለዚህ ምንም አዲስ ነገር የለም ጭንቅላትህን ፈትሸው መጀመሪያ ከዛ ጭንቅላትህ ሲስተካከል ውሎው ይቀየራል, አሰራሰቡ ይቀየራል, መፍትሔው።
ፕላስ ደግሞ እኔ አንድ በጣም የሚገርም አንደርስታንድ (understand) ያደረኩት ነገር ምንድነው? የሆነ ነገር ስትፈልጉ እና በጣም ፍላጎታችሁ ሲበዛ, ഒብሰስድ (obsessed) ስትሆኑ, ያ ነገር ራሱ ይመጣል።
ይሆን ይከተላችኋል ራሱ።
አሁን ለምሳሌ እኔ አሁን በቃ እየሰራሁኝ ምናምን ምናምን ምናምን ከዚህ የሆነ ነገር በጣም ከእኔ ጋር የሚሄድ ነገር ያመጣልኛል, ገባችሁ? አንድ ለምሳሌ እኔ በቃ ቀይ መኪና ውደድኩ, በቃ ቀይ መኪና ውዳለሁ, ቀይ መኪና ውዳለሁ, ቀይ መኪና ፈለጋለሁ ብዬ ጠዋት ስነሳ ቀይ መኪና ይመጣል እኔ አላውቅም እኮ።
ዲስ ኢዝ ኢት (this is it) በቃ እግዚአብሔር እንደዚህ ለሚሰራ እያግዛል የሚባለው እውነት ገባችሁ? ግን ቁጭ ብለህ ምንም ነገር ሳትሞክር, ምንም ነገር? ኖ! ምንም ነገር አይስተካከልም።
ስለዚህ እኔ አንደርስታንድ (understand) ያደረኩት አንድ ነገር, አንደኛ ഒብሰስድ (obsessed) ሁኑ እዛ ነገር ላይ, ሁለተኛ ደግሞ ልክም ይሁን, አይሁን, ይበላሽ ጀምሩ።
ቲክ (think) በቃ አንተ አሁን ስለምደርስበት ትልቅ ተራራ ሳይሆን ማሰብ ያለብህ, ስለአሁኑ አንድ ደረጃ, አንድ በቃ አንዷን ደረጃ ብቻ ትክ ሌላው ይስተካከላል, ቢሊቭ ሚ (believe me), አይ ኖ (I know) በጣም ዌርድ (weird) የሆነ ቪዲዮ ከእኔ የማይጠበቅ በብርጠሚዮሽ ልመክር ምናምን የሚል ኮሜንት ትጠብቃላችሁ, ቻዎ።
