🟡Bone cancer (Sarcoma) awareness 🟡 Bone cancer is a serious condition where abnormal cells grow uncontrollably in bone tissue. It can affect people of all ages, but is most common in children and young adults. 📒What are the types of Sarcoma ? 😊 ➡Primary bone cancer- Cancer originating in the bone itself. ➡Secondary bone cancer (metastatic bone cancer)- Cancer that starts in another part of the body and spreads to the bone. 📒What are the common causes od cancer ?🤔 -The exact cause of most bone cancers is unknown, Some types of bone cancer are linked to genetic syndromes. Exposure to radiation can increase the risk of bone cancer. And other factors contribute for the occurrence of bone cancer. 🟡Symptoms of Bone Cancer ➡Bone pain ➡A lump or swelling near the affected bone. ➡Difficulty using the affected limb. ➡Unexplained loss of weight. 🟡Treatment of Bone Cancer ➡Removing the cancerous bone and surrounding tissue. ➡Using drugs to kill cancer cells. ➡Using high-energy rays to destroy cancer cells. ➡Bone marrow transplant, Replacing the diseased bone marrow with healthy cells. #scophhmc #socialmediateam

“የህጻናት ጤና የኛም ጤና ነው” የዛሬዉ ባለታሪካችን የ14 አመት ህጻን ሲሆን በሚኖርባት ትንሽ የገጠር መንደር ውስጥ ከዕድሜ እኩዮቹ ጋር መጫወት የሚወድ እና ገና ቦርቆ ያልጠገበ ታዳጊ ህጻን ነው፡፡ በአንዲት መጥፎ አጋጣሚ ታዳጊው ማንጎ ለማውረድ ከማንጎ ዛፍ ላይ ይወጣል፤ ይሁን እንጂ ያሰበዉን የማንጎ ፍሬ ለመቁረጥ በሚሞክርበት ወቅት የገጠመው ነገር ለማመን የሚከብድ ነበር፡፡ ህጻኑ ባልጠበቀው ሁኔታ ከማንጎ ዛፍ ላይ በመዉደቁ ግራ እግሩ ከጉልበቱ በታች ጉዳት ይገጥመውና የድረሱልኝ ጩኸት እና ለቅሶ ያሰማል፤ የልጅዋንም ጩኸት የሰማችው እናት በድንጋጤ ድምጹን ወደሰማችበት አቅጣጫ ስትሮጥ ልጅዋን መሬት ላይ ወድቆ ታገኘዋለች። ታዲያ በሁኔታው የተደናገጠችው እናት በአስቸኳይ ልጇን የት ወስዳ ማሳከም እንዳለባት ጎረቤቶቿን ስታማክር አቅራቢያቸው ወደሚገኝ የሰፈር ወገሻ ይጠቁሟታል፤ እናትም ጊዜ ሳታጠፋ ወደተባለው ቦታ ልጇን ትወስዳለች፡፡ የተባለው ወገሻም ለልጁ እናት ህጻኑ የአጥንት ስብራት እንዳለዉ ካስረዳት በኋላ ፣ የህጻኑን እግር ደጋግሞ በማሸት በቀርከሃ እንጨት እና ጨርቅ አጥብቆ ያስረዋል። ከዚያም ለህጻኑ እናት ሁለት ነገሮች ይነገራታል፤ አንደኛዉ ህጻኑ ለተወሰኑ ቀናት ሊያለቅስ እንደሚችል ነገር ግን ከ3- 4 ቀናት በኋላ እየተሻለዉ ስለሚሄድ ማልቀስ እንደሚያቆም ሲሆን ሁለተኛ ደግሞ ህጻኑን በምንም አይነት ሁኔታ ወደ ዘመናዊ የህክምና ተቋም መውሰድ እንደሌለባት፟፣ የምትወስድ ከሆነ ግን ሃኪሞቹ እግሩን እንደሚቆርጡት ነግሮ ወደ ቤት ይሸኛታል፡፡ ህጻኑም ለሶስት ተከታታይ ቀናት ያለማቋረጥ ሲያለቅስ ቢቆይም ከአራተኛው ቀን ጀምሮ ማልቀስ ያቆማል። ይህም የሆነበት ምክንያት እግሩ ጠብቆ በመታሰሩ የተነሳ ወደታችኛው የእግሩ ክፍል የሚደርሰው የደም ዝውውር በመቋረጡ ምክንያት ጋንግሪን ወይንም የአካል መበስበስ ስላገጠመው እና ነርቩ ስለተጎዳ ምንም አይነት ህመም ከተጎዳው የሰውነት ክፍል በታች እየተሰማው ስላልነበር ነው፤ እናት ግን በተነገራት መሰረት ልጇን የተሻለው ስለመሰላት መረጋጋት ጀመረች፡፡ በጊዜ ሂደት ህጻኑ እግሩ ላይ ከተፈጠረው ጋንግሪን የተነሳ ኢንፌክሽን በደሙ ውስጥ እየተሰራጨ በመሆኑ የሰውነት ማበጥ፣ የአተነፋፈስ ስርአት መዛባት፣ የልብ ምት መጨመር፣ የንቃተ ህሊና መቀነስ እና ምግብም ሆነ ፈሳሽ መውሰድ ተሳነዉ። እንደ አጋጣሚ ሆኖ አስራ ሁለተኛው ቀን ላይ የህጻኑ አጎት ለጥየቃ በቤተሰቡ ቤት ተገኝቶ ሳለ በቤቱ ውስጥ መጥፎ ጠረን ይሸተዋል፤ በጉዳዩም ግራ የተጋባው የህጻኑ አጎት እናቱን ሲጠይቅ የሆነውን ሁሉ ይሰማል። በሚሰማዉ ነገር እጅግ የተደናገጠው የህጻኑ አጎት ልጁን ወደ ዘመናዊ የህክምና ተቋም ያደርሰዋል፤ ህጻኑም በሰአቱ እጅግ አፋጣኝ የሆነ የሂወት አድን ህክምና ስለሚያስፈልገው የበሰበሰውን የሰውነት ክፍል በቀዶ ጥገና ለማስወገድ እና በጽኑ ህክምና ክፍል በማስገባት ህይወቱን ለማትረፍ ርብርብ ይጀመራል። የህጻኑ ቤተሰቦችም ያለው ችግር ከተገለጸላቸዉ በኋላ መስማማታቸዉን በፊርማቸው ይገልጻሉ። ህጻኑም ከሚገኝበት የህጻናት ድንገተኛ ክፍል ወደ ቀዶ ህክምና ክፍል በሚወሰድበት ወቅት የበሰበሰው የህጻኑ የሰውነት ክፍል ገና የሰመመን መድሃኒት ሳይሰጠዉ ቤተሰቦቹ እና ሌሎች ሰዎች በተሰበሰቡበት በራሱ ግዜ ተቆርጦ ይወደቃል፤ ያኔ ነበር በቦታው ለነበርን ጤና ባለሙያዎችም ሆነ ለህጻኑ ቤተሰቦች እጅግ አስደንጋጭ እና ልብ የሚሰብር ክስተት የተፈጠረው፡፡ በመጨረሻም ለህጻኑ በተደረገለት ከፍተኛ የህክምና ርብርብ እና ክትትል ምንም እንኳን እግሩን ከጉልበቱ በላይ ቢያጣም ህይወቱን ለመታደግ ተችሏል። በአሁኑ ሰአት የጤናዉ ሁኔታ ተስተካክሎለት በክራንች እየተንቀሳቀሰ ትምህርቱን በመከታተል ላይ ይገኛል። እነዚህንና መሰል የሆኑ ክስተቶችን በየህክምና ተቋሞቻችን ውስጥ በየቀኑ የሚገጥመን መራር እና አሳዛኝ ሁነት ከሆ ሰነባብቷል፡፡ ይህንን እና መሰል አደጋዉችን በመከላከል፣ ከተከሰተ በኋላም ትክክለኛዉን የህክምና አማርጭ በመጠቀም የልጆችዎን ጤና ይጠብቁ። ለበለጠ መረጃ በአምስት የተለያዩ ቋንቋዉች የተዘጋጀዉን የቦሳድ ጥራዝ (BOSAD Booklet) ያንብቡ፤ ለሌሎችም እንዲያነቡ ያድርጉ። የህጻናትጤና የኛም ጤና ነው። Amharic version of the booklet English Version of the booklet Afaan Oromo Version booklet ለበለጠ መረጃ በሁሉም የማህበራዊ ገጾቻችንን ( social media) ይከታተሉን፡፡ Telegram | Facebook| Twitter | Instagram | Tiktok
