Current probabilities priced into the market for a rate cut are sitting at 0%. It's pretty unlikely the FED decides to give an unexpected rate cut as inflation has only just started moving in the target direction again. But, the Fed conference will be pretty important and market sentiment shifts throughout the speech could have some serious impacts on BTC on both the short term and long term.

Unfortunately as predicted in my last video guys, BTC headed downwards after invalidating the STF uptrend, and is currently retracing prior lows. With just under 3 hours to the daily close, it looks like we are losing the 200EMA again, a big red flag on the HTF charts. Falling below $81.3k, the continued bearish descent should take BTC downwards to retest $78k, with that support zone ending at $76.5k.

BTC just broke down from the weekly uptrend, and is currently testing the base of support at the prior low @84.7k. 🚨 If we lose this on the hourly chart, BTC enters into a new STF downtrend, and should tap the next liq. zone at $83k and $82.5k. On the daily chart, this could also mean the loss of the 200EMA yet again.

Wow. An absolutely insane night in the market. Trump announced XRP, SOL, ADA, ETH and BTC to be part of US crypto reserves. All these coins absolutely flew overnight. Bitcoin is BACK within the WEEKLY range. ADA went up 50%, XRP 30%, SOL 20% and BTC and ETH 10% and 13% respectively.

BTC Retesting the 200EMA on the daily now. Reclaiming this level could signal the start of a reversal for BTC. On the STF we are also headed in for another retest of $86.5k resistance. If we see a rejection here, the daily candle could reject from 200EMA as well. Otherwise, pushing above this STF resistance, BTC will print a higher high on the short term price action for the first time this week.

After failing to push above the prior high resistance here, BTC saw a massive correction overnight down to retest support at $95k. A sizeable spike in both long and short liquidations occurred with over $100M in long liq. happening in just an hour. 👀
