Hey guys, there won't be a video because the price action really hasn't done much since my last video! On the STF, the price action is still respecting the sale levels of support and resistance, albeit losing the super small time frame uptrend we mapped out in the last video. We still want to see $98.5k broken to signal the next shift upwards. Until then, the price continues to chop sideways above support at $95k. Taking a look at the weekly close as well, we printed yet another rickshaw doji with wicks resting STF support at the top of the daily chart range. Another display of stalemates from both buyers and sellers across the week. The RSI is now currently testing the weekly downtrend however, so we have a huge week ahead of us! 👀

This brings us to tonight's economic data! Some big information coming tonight: CPI, MoM and YoY Inflation! This will be the first CPI data to come out after Trump's tariffs have taken effect. We can see from the correction overnight that the market is moving towards CPI being higher than forecasted already, so even a on par result or below forecast result will likely effect a small rally for BTC. Either way, some really interesting information tonight with regards to the future of rate cuts in 2025.

Recent PA & JP's Speech: Bitcoin steadily ground upwards yesterday, even breaking out of the STF downtrend discussed in the prior video. However, in failing to sustain a break above the prior high, the rally became short lived. The correction led to a retest of $95.3k support, exacerbated by interpretations of Jerome Powell's speech. This article articulates the finer points: https://www.reuters.com/markets/us/feds-powell-heads-congress-with-good-data-hand-rising-uncertainty-2025-02-11/ The speech again reiterates the Fed's goal of 2% inflation, but also notes on how changes to policy introduced by Trump's administration will likely have an effect on inflation and economic policy, which they cannot currently completely predict. Particularly important is the introduction of Tariffs, which if passed onto consumers will push inflation up and away from the Fed's goal.

We'll be doing a deep dive into both the high time frame and short time frame charts, talking about why the recent rally up to $102k was unsustained, and what we need to see to push BTC back out and up into bullish territory, as well as the triggers on the short time frame for the next leg downwards, targets, or otherwise, what to note for signs of a reversal! Morning everyone! Hope you're all having a killer week 😊 Yesterday's recovery from BTC was unfortunately insufficient in flipping the higher time frame to bullish, as we remain below the 12hr downtrend mapped in my previous post, and failed to clear $104.5 - $106k resistance. The short term bounce has now ended, as BTC moves down to test $98k support. We can see clear consolidation against this level, with the price forming lower highs, suggesting a pretty high likelihood of breaking down. That said, support is support until its not, and with RSI creating lower lows while the PA holds steady at $98k, we may be seeing enough absorption at these levels to facilitate a bounce. BTC will need to break out of this trendline, and above the 200EMA (red line), to push up again to $102.5k and $104k to retest the higher time frame downtrend.

Bitcoin has bounced massively from $92k support! Breaking out from the hourly downtrend and sitting back above $100k. On the STF, a break of $102k should send BTC to retest our higher time frame downtrend, and resistance at $104.5k - $106k. On the 12hr chart, we can see momentum is close to flipping positive. If RSI rejects from here however, we could see a short term correction here, possibly retracing down to $100k and $98k.
