When you wake up in the morning, tell yourself: The people I deal with today will be meddling, ungrateful, arrogant, dishonest, jealous, and surly. They are like this because they can’t tell good from evil. But I have seen the beauty of good, and the ugliness of evil, and have recognized that the wrongdoer has a nature related to my own—not of the same blood or birth, but the same mind, and possessing a share of the divine. And so none of them can hurt me. No one can implicate me in ugliness. Nor can I feel angry at my relative, or hate him. We were born to work together like feet, hands, and eyes, like the two rows of teeth, upper and lower. To obstruct each other is unnatural. To feel anger at someone, to turn your back on him: these are obstructions.

You gotta have some problems in your life or else you'll stay miserable. Idk how logical this sounds to you but if my life is going uphill I get bored of things. I don't pursue my hobbies I don't talk to people I don't go out I don't cook I don't do anything. The highs scares me. When you've problems in your life you find a way out of it. You create. You read. To socialize. There's a Beauty in that. I was introduced to spirituality only when I was in my rock bottom in 2021. 2021 was also my most productive year. Problems brings opportunity. It forces your brain to seek new things. You're so consumed by all the shits that you actually pursue your hobbies and end up mastering it. You'll never find a happy person doing unimaginable things. It's always the sad, depressed and lonely ones. Always.

One thing i learnt in life is that at the end life is meant to be easy. Less expectations, less disappointments. Less hate, more love. Kindness takes you places money can't. Stand for what's right and not for what everyone think is right. Don't let the hardness of life turn you into a monster you are not. Explore, read, ask questions, fall in love, always have something interesting to tell.. being an pessimistic saddo ain't attractive and it won't take you anywhere. Heal yourself and flourish.

Nobody belongs to you, nobody is really yours. You just gotta enjoy people, the moments and the experiences.

Spirituality gives you the power to have an emotional backup. In the middle of a problem when your mind tells you to give up, your true spiritual self reminds you that there's a lesson behind it. You've been in such a a situation before and how you managed to pull yourself out of it. Even if you weren't able to pull yourself out of it you know it's not the end of the world anyways. Life goes on. You either learn or get an experience. Trust in the god. Trust the universe.

Trust that things get better as time goes on. Not because time heals, but because you grow. You discover that you’re capable. You realize that your fourth breakup doesn’t hurt even nearly as bad as your first did. This isn’t because life is easier, it’s because you’re smarter.

Focus on getting better, but let go of the end goal. You get better, not perfect. Let yourself be loved as the person you are. You’ll quickly see how the main person judging you is you. Stop judging other people. See everyone with dignity, with a story, with reasons for why they are how they are and why they do what they do. The more you accept other people, the more you’ll accept yourself, and vice versa.
