Today, we’re continuing our Meet Our Team series and giving the floor to Boris to share a little about his journey in the maritime industry.
“My journey in the maritime industry started back in 2000, when I entered the Maritime Academy. Since then, I have spent more than two decades in the industry, including 18 years with my current company.
Over the years, I have had the opportunity to grow within crewing, take on different roles, and eventually become a Crewing Recruitment Manager, leading the recruitment team towards a stronger and more successful future.
What has kept me in crewing for so many years?
For me, it’s the constant drive and action, the opportunity to learn something new every day and, most importantly, working with people.
It’s about finding the right person for the right position and building long-term cooperation, while supporting their career development along the way.
Today, I’m also glad to share my experience with colleagues, support our team and contribute to our continued growth.
Outside of crewing, I enjoy beach volleyball and diving, while family remains an important part of my life.
