Hi, I’m Laura 👋 Since I’ll be the person behind this page, I thought it was time to introduce myself. I’m a Junior Recruitment Officer at InterMaritime Shipmanagement, and I’ve been working in maritime recruitment for over a year now. ⚓ There are many things I enjoy about recruitment, but for me, the best part is that moment when you finally find the right person for a position and see them join the vessel. There’s something incredibly rewarding about knowing that all the searching, calls, messages, documents and coordination actually led somewhere- you found the right person, they got the job, and your work made it happen.
