Talk about instant karma with extra spice.
Two men in Nigeria accused of stealing fresh peppers were cornered by locals and given a choice: take a beating or eat the stolen goods.
The pair are seen passing raw hot peppers back and forth and eating them while bystanders look on. They were also reportedly made to wash them down with dry gin.
Eventually, some people in the crowd stepped in and stopped it as the men became visibly distressed.
Nigeria has seen several similar viral ‘jungle justice’ videos this year, with suspected petty thieves being forced to eat whatever they allegedly tried to steal.
Probably the last peppers they’ll be stealing for a while.

🇷🇺 NO MOBILIZATION IN RUSSIA – Medvedev Slams Rumors as "Kiev's Provocation"
Russian Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev has dismissed speculation about a new mobilization wave, stating that the Russian Armed Forces are fully staffed by contract soldiers and volunteers.
🔴 What Medvedev told Vedomosti:
🗣️ "The needs of the Russian armed forces are fully met by contract soldiers and volunteers. They are true patriots of Russia. That is why there is no need in mobilization."
🚫 He called rumors of a fall mobilization campaign a "deceptive provocation" by the "defective Kiev regime, which is suffering from a severe shortage of manpower."
✅ President Putin has already addressed this issue – the position is clear.
