Capacity Building - EMSA

Dear IFMSA members, I am thrilled to share with you some great news: after many online meetings and consultations, brainstorming and drafting, and the tireless work of members of all ITs, as well as SWG members, we are proudly launching the IFMSA Pilot Course 2.0. As you know, The Pilot Course is the first holistic online course in the IFMSA. It includes a series of basic online courses that have been designed and developed by the IFMSA Team of Officials and their International Teams. This new version of the Course is meant to provide all members in IFMSA with the fundamental knowledge and skills that they may need in every field of IFMSA, including Capacity Building, Programs, Membership and Public Relations and Communications, as well as the IFMSA Standing Committees. All members from all NMOs in the Federation are invited to enroll and participate.  All the courses in the Pilot Course 2.0 are asynchronous, which means you can participate in them anytime from anywhere as long as you have an internet connection.  This course is the perfect opportunity for you if you want to know how the Federation works from the inside, if you want to get more experience on any IFMSA field, if you want to help your members learn the basics of any Standing Committee, if your national or local EB needs some support with managing the NMO/LC... With this new version we are proudly presenting you with the newest information regarding all IFMSA fields and Standing Committees. The possibilities are many and we have considered all of them!  If you or any member in your NMO wants to participate in the Pilot Course, just use the link attached below. ✨Today marked the end of the Capacity Building Weekend for EB members organized by EMSA-Ethiopia's CBDA.✨ The program took over a span of two days and was held at SPHMMC. We would like to thank the EB members of EMSA Gondar, Hawassa, Jimma, Addis Ababa, St. Paul and Arsi for their active engagement. 💛 We wish all a successful and productive term!

SCOPE-SCORE-SCOPH WEEKEND💙💙🧡 This past weekend we had an amazing capacity building event at St Paul Hospital (SPHMMC) where members from all over the country were able to attend. We had trainings and fun activities, and got to meet with old and new friends. We thank everyone who attended for making those two days an amazing experience, and a special thanks to our trainers and SCOPE, SCORE, SCOPH and CB team for organizing this. Till we meet again🤗🤗
