الا في حالات نادرة مثلا عندة عملية ( رفع الطحال مثلا ) فننطي

⚡️مريض ال rickets اذا نطيناه V.D و Ca وجانه ورة فترة عندة
Polyuria & constipation (or diarrhea)
فهذا على الاغلب صار عندة hypercalcemia ( emergency )
⚡️rickets patient have hypotonia

وهاي متبين الا ورة عمر السنة ( ماعدا اذا كان الطفل premature او عندة metabolic disorder هذا تبين عندة ورة ٤ اشهر )
⚡️Autoimmune hemolysis
