🛑 Most common in CVS : ⭕️ MC CHD is VSD ⭕️ MC CHD associated with cyanosis in neonate is = TGA ( Transposition of great vessel ) ⭕️ MC CHD associated with cyanosis > 1Y.O is = TOF ⭕️ MC CHD associated with death in 1st month of baby life is ( Hypo-plastic left heart syndrome ) ⭕️ Commonest CHD associated with maternal rubella in early pregnancy is = PDA ⭕️ Commonest type of ASD is = secundum type ASD associated with cleft mitral valve ⭕️ Commonest type of COA is = Juxtaductal COA below the origin of Lt subclavian artery ⭕️ VSD + ASD + PDA + PS common in female more than male , while TGA and COA common in male .

▪︎Non bilious vomiting + projectile = pyloric stenosis ▪︎Bilious vomiting + no distension = dudenal atresia ▪︎Bilious vomiting with abdominal distension = jejunal atresia

▪︎ASD & PDA is = more common in female ▪︎Coartcation of Aorta = more common in male

⚡️ال PDA تشبه ال aortic regurgitation تسويلينا ▪︎ Collapsing pulse ▪︎ wide pulse pressure لكن ال murmur يختلف تسويلنا continuous machinerymurmur at the pulmonary area with a thrill (وهذا يدخل بال Ddx ويه ال pulmonary stenosis )

▪︎ the test of choice to diagnose Hereditary spherocytosis is Eosin-5-maleimide dye staining
