⚡️kala-azar can cause jaundice by two ways: ▪︎Induce hemolysis ▪︎Cause liver injury

⚡️When we said huge spleen ?! When it is cross the midline

شراب Baby G ماء غريب) للأطفال:👶🏼🍼 ماء غريب هو عبارة عن هو مزيج من الماء والأعشاب يستخدم كعلاج لاضطرابات المعدة والمغص عند الأطفال. الشكل: زجاجة ١٢٠ مل. الاستخدام: يستخدم للمغص والانتفاخ عند الأطفال وحديثي الولادة. مميزات ماء غريب: تخفيف المغص وعدم ارتياح الجهاز الهضمي عند الأطفال وحديثي الولادة.

⚡️10 ml packed cells increase PCV 10% (⬆️ HB 3)

⚡️Dose of blood transfusion in children -------------------------------------- ▪︎ whole blood 20ml/kg وننطي وياه لازكس ▪︎ packed cells 10ml/kg ☆اذا heart failure ننطي نص ال dose سواء Whole او RBC مع المدرر ▪︎ plasma 10-15ml/kg ▪︎Crioprecipitate 4 ml/kg (1pint for each 5kg) ▪︎platelate 10 ml/kg

⚡️blood transfusion ▪︎I pint of blood increase platelate level 10.000 ▪︎1 pint of blood increase Hemoglobin only 1.0 in adult

⚡️When lymphadenopathy become significant? ------------------------- ▪︎size >0.5 cm in neck >1cm in Axila >1.5 cm in grion ▪︎involvement of 2 or more of not related groups at the same time ▪︎closed together (fixed & grouped)

⚡️cynosis become significant when deoxygenated hemoglobin become >5 gm
