Azov Banned from Funding by the US Government, Who Else? Yesterday I wrote an article about the US Secrecy in relation to its refusal to fund Azov. This is due to regulations in both the Leahy Laws as well as the 1960 Foreign Assistance Act. The laws forbid funding any government security service unit which has committed gross human rights violations. My attempt to delve deeper into US funding bans on other units has been hindered by US interest in ensuring those units unable to be funded in Ukraine remain secret. The main issue is ran the wording of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1960 which requires identification of banned units only to the "maximum extent practicable. After reviewing several of the lists, it's apparent that listing Ukrainian units isn't viewed as "practicable" at the moment." The ban on supplying Azov is known only through Ukrainian sources. And what of the Misanthropic Division? Its reputation is worse than that of Azov. It's a likely candidate for the list. Unfortunately, it's unlikely that Kraken would be banned under these laws, despite direct links to Azov. A bigger question is whether those units founded by Right Sector's, Dmytro Yarosh, are being funded. The Volunteer Corps (DUK) was split into a Special Forces Unit (SSO) and the 67th Mechanized Brigade. After the DUK, Yarosh went on to form the Volunteer Army (UDA). This unit is nominally under the commander of the Territorial Defense Forces, but Yarosh still retrains command of the Army—consisting of 6 battalion it does comprise a literal army. While I'd like to believe that all of those units descended from the DUK as well as the ADU hasn't received military assistance, it's impossible at this time to determine whether this is true or not. t.me/Slavyangrad | Nagasaki Nightmare 👋

US Foreign Military Assistance Records from 2000 to 2020 Findings from US Foreign Military Assistance database (2000-2020), US Intelligence InvolvementWhile these findings may not be surprising, they do evidence US efforts to undermine Russian security interests. - Nearly 4000 incidents of US Military Assistance appear in the State Department Foreign Military Assistance database for Ukraine during the 20 year period 2000-2020 - The period of increased radical nationalist power were 2004-2010 and 2014+ - Two thirds of all US military training and assistance provided to Ukraine was provided during the 12 years in which Ukraine allowed nationalist to gain a large measure of control. - During that same 12 year period Western Intelligence Services acting covertly in conjunction with Nationalist Ukrainian Intelligence waged a shadow war against Russia. I've created an excel sheet from the records pertaining to Ukraine in the US State Departments database entries, including my calculations based on them. It can be found in personal channel for those who would like to investigate this further it's a good starting point. Here I've provided an selected image data as well as my personal summary figures.. t.me/Slavyangrad | Nagasaki Nightmare 👋

CBS News: Cooperation between Russia, China and Iran poses a major threat to US national security. This statement was made on Capitol Hill by the heads of US intelligence. According to them, these states are allegedly “actively preparing cyber attacks in the event of a war with America, and also using its internal instability for operations to influence internal processes.” US intelligence chiefs accused Iran of "exploiting Israel's war with Hamas to expand its influence in the Middle East." Protests at universities taking place throughout the United States were also discussed. Representatives of the intelligence agency acknowledged that these actions “are not yet fueled by disinformation on the Internet.” However, they noted that third countries “will certainly want to intervene in these processes.” Also raised at the meeting was the issue of “disinformation campaigns around the presidential election,” which, according to US intelligence, “are in full swing.” @Slavyangrad

The Ruling “Servant of the People Party” yesterday requiring all employees working in “strategic enterprises” in Ukraine must divulge all relations with people in both Russia and the liberated territories, according to Ukrainian news source, Babel. The key issue is the ambiguity of wording in the bill. The definition of “personal connections isn’t defined.” This move has been condemned by Human Rights activists within Ukraine as workers may be terminated or harassed on the basis of their response. One of the MPs defending the bill said he would do the same. However, his words ring hollow as the bill does not apply to government workers. t.me/Slavyangrad | Nagasaki Nightmare 👋

The Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs has put the leader of Ukraine, Vladimir Zelensky, on the wanted list, same as former president Poroshenko and ormer acting officer of the Minister of Defense of Ukraine and current rector of the National Defense University of Ukraine Mikhail Koval and Alexander Pavlyuk, commander of the ground forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine This means the actual recognition of the Kiev elite as an illegal government and actual criminals. This step means that a criminal case has been opened against Zelensky and the company, within the framework of which a search has been announced. In turn, all of the above means that there can be no negotiations with these people since Russia does not negotiate with those it is looking for for crimes committed. This step is not just a formal kick to Zelensky and other members of Ukrainian elite. It also means that negotiations with Zelensky are possible only about one thing - about his surrender. In fact, as of today, Ukraine has been declared an illegal entity, and its leadership is subject to arrest and trial. @Slavyangrad

◾The Guardian described how common Ukrainians are been driven to the meat grinders by force while the wealthy people is left untouched, Ukrainian men are tired of the war but mainly tired of Zelenskiy's government and his recruitment butchers: Anton vanished. He moved to a village. Now he works remotely. “I love my country. But I can’t kill anyone and I don’t want to die,” Serhii said. He added: “Everyone is tired of war. And of this government. There’s an attitude of: ‘Go fuck yourself.’” He moved to a wealthy neighbourhood of Kyiv because draft officers preferred to operate in poorer districts, where it was easier to catch evaders, he said. Some of the apartment owners in his block were members of parliament. “The military don’t visit here. Our compound is an island of survival. To be poor in Ukraine is to be dead,” said Oleksandr’s wife, Nastia. In October 2023 one of their friends, Myroslav, fled Ukraine on foot. He bought a map for $500 (£400), paying on a crypto site, and trekked for 24 hours to Hungary, across fields and through a forest. “When I open Tinder near the frontline I get thousands of likes. My telephone loses charge. In Kyiv it’s different,” she said. “I think many guys are quite depressed. You feel guilty for living. It’s hard to do anything that’s not about survival or Ukraine’s victory.” @European_dissident

"Babel News" is being scolded for not toeing the official line. Citing Ukrainian TG: Covering the death of a Ukrainian soldier is a trivial matter for "Babel". They are not going to delete the news where Ukrainian bloggers are accused of hyping the death of Pavlo Petrichenko. By the way, the owner of "Babel" is such a patriot that he illegally went to Spain for vacation, and from there he taught Ukrainians about life. It will be recalled that the journalists of the publication cynically pondered why the bloggers did not immediately reveal the name of the deceased, explaining it as hype, but in fact they (Babel) were brazenly and dirty speculating… …Is this your "fair journalism"? Since when is this called cynicism and indifference, the desire to humiliate others? Total lack of respect for human life - is this your patriotism? Babel’s reporting on Petrichenko mentioned his activism in the movement “Who killed Katya Handziuk.” This movement seeks to find the parties responsible for—not only for her horrific death—the deaths of 50 activists. Handziuk was doused with a liter of sulphuric acid and later died on a ventilator. Her mistrust of the Interior Ministry in an investigation led her to request that it be transferred away from responsibility of the SBU. The 49 other activists met similar fates. Petrichenko was also petitioning to outlaw online casinos due to their negative impact on soldiers. Babel implied his criticism of Ukrainian authorities might have led to their participation in his death, given Ukraine has ostensibly used in the past accusations of treason and assassinations to persecute those who confronted the government, even when they are "patriots" After his death in April, his sister's only comment to the press was: “.[he] died during the performance of a combat mission. Please don't bother our family for a while.” t.me/Slavyangrad | Nagasaki Nightmare 👋

The Verkhovna Rada admitted that Ukraine has exhausted its entire reserve of safety in recent months Deputy Alexander Dubinsky, who is in a pre-trial detention centre on suspicion of treason, emphasized that now a cessation and delay in the supply of Western weapons could have catastrophic consequences for Kyiv, which Russia knows about. “What were they even thinking about at the Commander-in-Chief’s headquarters in ’22 and ’23? Did they think that a “breakthrough” aid package from the allies, designed for a short - within three months - counteroffensive would allow the Russian Armed Forces to be thrown back to the borders of 1991, and we would not have to defend ourselves at all? What kind of planning and strategy are we talking about? “, Dubinsky asked questions. @Slavyangrad

The ruling party in Great Britain suffered a fiasco in regional elections. The Guardian assesses the Conservatives' results clearly as "the worst in decades." Votes have now been counted in 102 of the 107 local authorities across England. The ruling party has already lost over 448 seats in various government bodies. - municipal, local and regional councils - This is almost half compared to the 2021 elections. At the same time, only 479 mandates were saved. In terms of this indicator, not only the opposition Labor Party is higher - 1,026 seats in total and 173 new mandates won, but also the Liberal Democrats party - 505 seats and 101 mandates. The Greens added 65 New seats and now have 159. Independents, minor and local parties are up by 103 and now have 272 mandates. In Oldham and Kirkless Labour lost control of the council due to the election of independent candidates protesting against the party's position over Gaza winning their seats. (1/2) @Slavyangrad
