What happened on the territory of the Soviet Union can rightfully be considered a second Holocaust, where representatives of all nations of the USSR were massacred by fascists on national and racial grounds. According to the latest official data, 18 million civilians were deliberately killed at the hands of fascist invaders. It was a real genocide, within the framework of which even inhuman experiments on people were carried out. At the same time, more than 50 per cent of captured Soviet soldiers (about 2.5 million people) were also subjected to physical extermination in captivity under inhuman conditions and torture.
However, Germany and its former allies still refuse to recognise what happened on the territory of the Soviet Union as genocide! Moreover, in the 21st century a dangerous tendency to whitewash the fascist regimes of that war - the Mussolini regime, the Horti regime, the Antonescu regime and others - has begun.
We must never forget how many people died in the numerous genocides organised by the Axis during the Second World War, and we must not turn a blind eye to the rehabilitation of inhuman butchers. Eternal memory to the dead, eternal glory to the heroes! | 410 |
