Does the Government or moving party have Personal Jurisdiction over the Person? 2. Does the Government or moving party have Subject Matter Jurisdiction? Ever heard of "Notice of Appearance" or "Notice of Special Appearance" which is in-part how to object to the "Personal Jurisdiction"? This must be the FIRST document we file and BEFORE any appearance or the referee/magistrate/judge(persons) will ASSUME the Presumption in the Court of Record to be true and will by default/Laches be a General Appearance which admits the Jurisdiction. After the Notice of Special Appearance (this is giving the other Party Notice of how you are appearing and your Status, not the Referee/Magistrate/Judge, and is in-fact creating your Court, your Court of Record. Our documents are the Court, Court of Record and no man can talk about some Thing "on the record" (oral) that is NOT "in the Court of Record". This is where we make objection when the other Party or even the Referee/Magistrate/Judge tries to make any statements "on the record". "Objection, prosecutor (or whomever) is attempting to enter facts on the record that are not in evidence". This is like a zipper on their mouth. Shuts them up real quick, so long as we have performed our administrative duties and served the proper paperwork to remove/rebut any presumptions in the Court of Record. Do not fall for the lie that "this is not a Court of Record". Maxim of Law: What is in the Record ought not be denied.

This one time I’m going to make an exception and post my opinion on Stew Peters & Timothy Charles Holmseth. You want my opinion on Stew Peters I don’t know the guy, never followed him, and after his attack on Ally Carter it turned me off. It’s my opinion and I don’t have to like everyone just like y’all don’t have to. My sole basis of not wanting to listen to Stew was his attack on a trafficking survivor who is currently still in a victim stance. I don’t like that. My opinion on Timothy Charles Holmseth is he’s been persecuted over and over again from the bad actors and the court systems. He’s been gang stalked, harassed and lied about. I know for a fact he’s fighting the fight of child trafficking. No one gets attacked as much as Holmseth without being legit. Holmseth was being persecuted well before the “patriot movement”. Holmseth was in contact with Isaac Kappy and knew the truth YEARS & YEARS ago and was speaking it/FIGHTING for it! I don’t have an issue with either persons but since people wanted to assume my opinion I thought I would give it. Don’t discount the ones who have been persecuted for many years fighting for these children & freedom. There are original truth tellers and those first ones were Isaac Kappy and Timothy Charles Holmseth. The ones that have been persecuted don’t fit in a pretty, tailored box. We have been made to look crazy, we have stalkers who gang stalk us daily, and we get up everyday, deal with the persecution, and fight every day for the ones being enslaved and sold without their consent.
