SEPTEMBER AT CONSTITUTION EDUCATION: THE TOOLS OF EQUITY
We’re going back to school this September. 😁
This month, we’re spending some time inside Chapter IV of Gibson’s Suits in Chancery and looking at the tools equity uses—not as magic words or phrases to throw around, but as principles we can actually learn to recognize.
Here’s where we’re headed:
📌 September 7 — They Can’t Correct What They Don’t Know
Notice, Knowledge & the Opportunity to Cure
📌 September 14 — When Silence Starts to Speak
Consent, Waiver, Acquiescence, Vigilance & Laches
📌 September 21 — When Your Conduct Binds You
Negligence, Estoppel & Reliance
And then on September 28, we’ll bring everyone together for our monthly FREE class:
📌 You Have More Tools Than You Think
Learning to Recognize Equity in Everyday Life
I’ll share the signup for the free class a little later. 🍪
There are TWO ways to join us for the private classes:
1. Pick the classes you want.
Each private class is $15, and you can sign up individually here:
Sign up for September classes
2. Join CE Complete.
Join CE Complete
If you know you want to keep learning with us, CE Complete includes all of our private classes—including all three September classes—plus access to our past courses and the replay library of the classes we’ve already done.
So you can choose what works for you.
Come spend one Monday with us.
Come spend September with us.
Or dive into everything we’ve built so far. ❤️
However you join us, the goal this month is the same:
See first. Name second.
Because knowing the vocabulary is one thing.
Learning to recognize what’s actually happening in front of you?
That’s where the tools start becoming useful.
As we learn better, we do better. ❤️

| 3 | As I prepare for our monthly free class this coming Monday.
I need your help, especially for those who have been around since the founding of Constitution Education.
What were some of the stories that I shared that you remember? I want to go back and talk about what I was thinking then and what I would do differently today.
Also! If you would like to join us you can sign up at www.constitutioneducationpma.com/public-classes.html#august2026 | 487 |

| 6 | ⚠️ WARNING: Before Engaging With Cassandra
Please be advised:
Cassandra does not casually learn things.
She will ask one innocent question at approximately 10:47 p.m., discover an obscure principle, book, business strategy, historical doctrine, piece of software, or entirely new industry—and by Thursday there may be a class, a framework, a Telegram channel, a funnel, three spreadsheets, and a long-term business model built around it.
Do not mistake enthusiasm for impulsiveness. She may move extraordinarily fast once something clicks, but she has probably spent considerably longer turning it over in her head than you realize.
She is intensely curious and has very little respect for the phrase “because that's just how it's done.”
If you tell her there is a rule, she will want to know who made it.
If you tell her there is a system, she will want to know how it works.
If you tell her something cannot be done, you should be prepared to explain precisely why.
And if the explanation is merely “nobody does that,” you have probably just given her an idea.
Additional precautions:
Cassandra is a teacher by nature.
This means you should be cautious about casually mentioning something interesting in her presence. You may accidentally trigger a four-hour research expedition followed by:
“WAIT. I think I finally comprehend what they're doing here.”
At this point, plans will be made.
She also has approximately 30 pots on a stove designed for six burners.
Do not attempt to solve this by telling her to remove 24 pots.
She does not want fewer pots.
She wants a better stove.
In business:
Do not hand her a canned script.
Do not tell her to pressure people.
Do not suggest manufacturing urgency.
Do not assume that because something converts well, she will use it.
She is perfectly willing to leave money on the table rather than build something that violates the way she believes people should be treated.
However, if she finds a way to make the business model align with her principles, stand clear.
Because once she can teach it, believe in it, make it useful to someone, and build relationships around it, the thing that looked like a side project yesterday may suddenly have infrastructure.
In disagreement:
Bring evidence.
She actually enjoys being challenged when the challenge gives her something substantial to think about.
But do not expect:
“Well, everyone knows…”
to survive cross-examination.
She will pull on the thread.
She will follow the distinction.
She will find the exception.
She will ask whether two things everyone treats as synonymous are actually synonymous.
And sometimes, halfway through arguing her original position, she will discover that she was wrong.
At which point she is entirely capable of saying:
“Ohhhhhhh. Okay. THAT changes things.”
And rebuilding the whole framework.
This is important.
Her attachment is generally not to being right.
It is to making the pieces fit.
Personal operating instructions:
She thinks in connections.
Something discussed six months ago may suddenly become relevant to something being built today.
A business lesson may become a teaching principle.
A teaching principle may become a parenting observation.
A parenting observation may explain why a marketing strategy feels wrong.
Then somehow all four will end up connected by a maxim of equity.
Do not interrupt this process prematurely.
There is usually a point.
Eventually.
Most importantly:
Do not confuse her willingness to reconsider with an absence of conviction.
She will change her mind when she learns better.
But once she has examined something, tested it against her principles, and decided where she stands, pressure is unlikely to move her.
A better argument might.
New evidence might.
Experience certainly might.
Pressure probably won't.
FINAL WARNING
If you spend enough time around Cassandra, there is a significant possibility that she will ask you a question you weren't planning to ask yourself.
You may leave with:
a new project,
a different interpretation of something you thought you knew,
an uncomfortable question,
a Telegram folder you apparently need now,
or the sudden realization that you've been following a system you never consciously chose.
Interaction is therefore undertaken at your own risk.
Side effects may include curiosity, excessive research, reorganized assumptions, unexpected entrepreneurship, and the recurring suspicion that there might, in fact, be a better way to build the stove. | 415 |

| 9 | On Monday, August 31st at 8 PM Eastern, we're having a bit of story time.
Over the years, I've told a LOT of stories in these classes. Real situations I've walked through that became examples as I was teaching about liberty, standing, records, structure, equity, remedy and more.
But here's the interesting part...
I wouldn't handle all of those situations the same way today.
I've learned too much since then.
There are places where today I would slow down and ask more questions.
Places where I would keep better records.
Places where I would establish structure before taking action.
Places where I would recognize an equitable principle I couldn't see before.
Places where I would act sooner.
And probably a few places where I'd say:
You know what? I wouldn't spend my energy on that at all.
And THAT is what I want to explore together.
Not "look at everything I did wrong."
Quite the opposite.
I want to show you what happens when we keep learning.
Because none of this knowledge is reserved for lawyers, scholars, or people who have spent twenty years studying law.
You can learn these principles, too.
You can learn to ask better questions.
You can become better at recognizing what actually matters.
You can build better records.
You can learn the principles of equity.
You can become more deliberate about when you act — and when you don't.
And if you've been watching what we're doing from the sidelines thinking, I don't even know where I'd begin...
Come to this one.
There is no cost.
There is nothing you need to know beforehand.
Just come listen to some stories, see what I've learned from them, and get a glimpse of what this education can look like when it becomes part of everyday life.

| 10 | Just sharing from our discussion after class. https://www.youtube.com/@Dr.SarahHensley for those who are interested in attachment styles and how they affect romantic relationships. TOTALLY nothing to do with what we cover in class, but it resonated with many who were there, and.... if you have a partner who couldn't handle couples therapy, maybe just maybe there is a perspective here that can bring you some clarity. | 293 |
| 11 | TONIGHT at 8 PM EDT — Clarity Changes Everything: Seeing Before You Act
I think this class addresses something incredibly important for anyone working to build standing.
We spend a lot of time learning about records, documents, equity, rights, titles, interests, notices and the things we may eventually choose to do.
But standing can't simply be built upon knowing the right words or having the right paperwork.
At some point, you have to be able to see what is actually happening in front of you.
When an unexpected letter arrives...
When someone makes a very confident claim...
When circumstances don't fit the example you learned...
When two people you respect give you completely different answers...
How do you decide what YOU think?
That's what we're working on tonight.
We're going to build a process that moves through:
Observation → Information → Questions → Principles → Discernment → Clarity → Action → Confidence
And we're going to look at the maxims of equity as more than things to memorize. They can become lenses that help us ask better questions and recognize what matters.
Because self-government cannot mean simply replacing one person who tells us what to do with another.
We can seek counsel. We can learn from teachers. We can use tools.
But eventually, a man or woman building standing must become capable of observing, discerning, deciding and taking responsibility for their own actions.
That's the kind of confidence I want to help build tonight.
Not loud confidence.
Clarity.

| 12 | Hey All! Completely off topic, but I know many of you are in business, whether it’s a PMA or not. I have taken an opportunity to learn better marketing with some incredible people.
If you would be interested in hearing more (i don’t want to fill my channel with this stuff) please comment below and I’ll send you a private message from @unchainedwings
There is a zoom call tonight at 7 PM…. i know it’s bad timing we have our class tonight at 8, but i’ll be on there learning myself tonight.
See here’s the thing, for me and my business I need to be improving peoples lives, I refuse to work with slimy people who are simply looking to close a sale, I need to know in my heart i’m improving lives around me. And these people check all my boxes, and teach the one thing I know I need to improve on. | 460 |

| 16 | This Monday night at 8 PM ET, we are going to continue a topic, that I had covered a year ago, I had titled the class "liberty on the roads", but we know that challenges to our liberty are not limited to the travelling on the roads.
This week we will be chatting about Liberty in everyday life.
He who fails to assert his rights have none.... and yet we have been talking about living peacefully, where do those two ideologies meet? You will find out on Monday.

| 18 | ⏰ We begin in one hour!
Tonight we'll be sharing Liberty in Everyday Life together.
This isn't a class about learning another process or another document.
It's an invitation to step back and ask:
What kind of life is all of this meant to produce?
If you've ever found yourself thinking,
"Just one more class..."
"Just one more document..."
"Then I'll slow down..."
...I think you'll enjoy tonight's conversation.
🕗 We begin at 8 PM Eastern.
If you've already signed up, check your email for your Zoom link.
If you haven't signed up yet, there's still time!

| 20 | 🍎 A little thought before the weekend...
One of the ideas we'll be exploring Monday evening is this:
Most of us prepare for the rare moments.
The traffic stop.
The government office.
The unexpected letter.
And there is wisdom in being prepared.
But what if we've become so focused on preparing for the exceptions that we've forgotten to enjoy the ordinary days?
That's the conversation.
Not less preparation...
Just remembering what all of that preparation was for in the first place.
I'd love to have you join us.
