Surrender your Self-limiting Beliefs. You already know who you are, but do you know who you might become? Limiting ideas, or incorrect attitudes about ourselves, hold the majority of us back. You may push on and find the person you truly are by learning to recognize and let go of whatever limiting ideas are blocking you from being the finest version of yourself.

Weak people never admit that they are responsible for their own state. They always blame either circumstances or others.

Embrace the embarrassment of being a novice, the frustration of low quality works, and the uncertainty of success. You don’t need to have the perfect set up, you just need to start. The comfort zone is a safe harbor, but you were made to sail and conquer great seas. If you can’t stomach the humiliation of starting out a novice, you’ll never earn the pride of becoming a master. Persistence is how life filters the deserving from the underserving. Be thick-skinned. Be adventurous. Be relentless 🥷

Lifehack: Have some healthy conversation with the people who have alternative ideas.

Self-improvement is a competitive sport. And you are competing against yourself.

It’s a big hit on your self-image when you don’t go for what you want because it’s uncomfortable.

The main reason you can’t stay consistent with new habits is the expectation of instant results. Your only fix is to give-up the expectation of results and focus on the process.

Before checking your phone in the morning: • make your bed • brush your teeth • drink some water • get 5 minutes of direct sunlight • review your calendar for the day This will boost your mood, discipline, and productivity. 15 minutes will change your entire day.

Stop needing your family and friends to agree with your goals before you pursue them.

If you don't want depression, modify your lifestyle: - Quit porn. - Journal daily. - Prioritize sleep. - Eat whole foods. - Daily walks in nature. - Ignore the news and politics. - Resistance training 3-6x/week.

Negative people spread only negativity. If you want to project a strong personality, you should always try to find the best in every situation. Don’t focus on what you don’t have. Be grateful for what you have. We all feel down every now and then. Try not to show that side of you to anyone. Always appear cheerful and happy with life despite all difficulties. People will grow to respect that. But it also doesn’t mean that you should become so nostalgic that it annoys people.

One of the reasons you don’t have self-discipline is because you run from the hard, uncomfortable things. You would rather do the easy, comfortable, familiar things. So instead of facing your hard, uncomfortable projects or finances, you run to distractions, videos, games. This running from discomfort is ruining your lives. What you can tell yourself is that you’re done running. You are going to push into discomfort, a little at a time, and get good at being uncomfortable. This is another of your superpowers. When others run, you’re OK (even if it’s not always fun). One small task at a time, push yourself into discomfort. See how it feels. See that it’s not the end of the world. See that you are awesome enough to handle discomfort, and that the results are well worth it.

Good morning!
Good morning!

There are two types of people in the world: - Those who know what they want and go after it. - Those who serve the people who know what they want.

If you want to grow as a man... Stop blaming external factors and starts taking full responsibility for your circumstances.

The six “D’s” to success. This is what you need in order to achieve any goal: Desire: Desire is the starting point of all achievement. You can’t achieve anything that you really, truly don’t want to achieve. Some people just “wish” to achieve something, but they lack the desire to actually take action. Determination: You can’t achieve anything without having the courage to step out of your comfort zone to pursue your goal. You will be challenged by the people and the culture that surrounds you. “What are you doing? You will never achieve this! Be real” Determination to make things happen is a key ingredient to achieve anything in life. Be in control! Discipline: Discipline is doing whatever it takes, even if you don’t want to. Motivation is an emotion, it comes and goes. You must step away from motivation and emotions. Train yourself to do whatever it takes in a controlled and habitual way. Discipline is a decision followed by a series of actions. Devotion: Discipline says, “I need to.” Duty says, “I have to.” Devotion says, “I want to.” You must love what you do. Enthusiasm for your goal is a driver to keep going. Dedication: Lack of dedication is an insult for your goal. Dedication doesn’t have days off. This is where willpower, perseverance, persistence and tenacity come into play. Destiny: We determine our destiny by the actions we take today. You're the architect of your own destiny. The only person you are destined to become, is the person you decide to be. It’s just a stupid excuse to wait for things to happen— Make them happen!

Try to Not Compare Yourself to Others. They say that comparison is the thief of joy. This saying rings true in many ways. If you’re experiencing self-doubt because you’re afraid you won’t accomplish something at the same level as someone else, then it can be a paralyzing feeling. Everyone’s journey and ideas of success are different. What we can control and focus on is our own path and where we want to take it, regardless of where other people are at or what they have done.

Pay no attention to criticism. They wouldn’t be doing it if you hadn’t created something to make them jealous.

Be careful when people start taking notice of you. Most of them are only interested in something they can get out of you.
