When others run, you’re OK (even if it’s not always fun). One small task at a time, push yourself into discomfort. See how it feels. See that it’s not the end of the world. See that you are awesome enough to handle discomfort, and that the results are well worth it.

Be real” Determination to make things happen is a key ingredient to achieve anything in life. Be in control! Discipline: Discipline is doing whatever it takes, even if you don’t want to. Motivation is an emotion, it comes and goes. You must step away from motivation and emotions. Train yourself to do whatever it takes in a controlled and habitual way. Discipline is a decision followed by a series of actions. Devotion: Discipline says, “I need to.” Duty says, “I have to.” Devotion says, “I want to.” You must love what you do. Enthusiasm for your goal is a driver to keep going. Dedication: Lack of dedication is an insult for your goal. Dedication doesn’t have days off. This is where willpower, perseverance, persistence and tenacity come into play. Destiny: We determine our destiny by the actions we take today. You're the architect of your own destiny. The only person you are destined to become, is the person you decide to be. It’s just a stupid excuse to wait for things to happen— Make them happen!

Try to Not Compare Yourself to Others. They say that comparison is the thief of joy. This saying rings true in many ways. If you’re experiencing self-doubt because you’re afraid you won’t accomplish something at the same level as someone else, then it can be a paralyzing feeling. Everyone’s journey and ideas of success are different. What we can control and focus on is our own path and where we want to take it, regardless of where other people are at or what they have done.

Pay no attention to criticism. They wouldn’t be doing it if you hadn’t created something to make them jealous.

Be careful when people start taking notice of you. Most of them are only interested in something they can get out of you.
