Education should be a right, not a privilege. Students deserve classrooms, opportunities, and dignity not fear for raising their voices. The future of a nation depends on how it treats its students.

ONGC WRITTEN EXAM

Sorry Sir I am replying late as I was stuck in some work related to my joining. I would also like to use this opportunity to share that I have been selected as Senior Officer in OIL Sir I also gave the ONGC CBT and cleared it but missed the selection by few marks. This is what I did:- 1. For the technical part I first went through my short notes and supplemented it by solving questions from Made Easy Workbook and especially the questions that I had marked. I didn't solve all the questions as time was less(I wrapped up this phase within 2 to 3 days). Then I directly went to YCT and ESE PYQ. I solved them like I am giving test. I also have Testbook subscription. So, I solved questions of YCT & ESE Pre and then gave a test on Testbook. Along with this I identified the mistakes and tried to look the relevant topic from my main notes(but in a very brief manner). 2. For Aptitude and Reasoning I practiced it everyday for atleast an hour. But this is where I think I made a mistake which led to me being left at Waitlist 5. Last time the reasoning portion was on difficult side. I really struggled here and finally had to leave some questions as they were quite lengthy and complex. Aptitude part was moderate. So, I would suggest to take Aptitude and Reasoning very seriously as IBPS is conducting the exam. During my interview I also met a guy who was already working in Canara Bank as PO after clearing IBPS PO exam . He also told me that the level of Aptitude and Reasoning was very near to that of banking exams. 3. For the General Awareness part I didn't do much. Just solved some SSC CGL questions(which didn't help much). But what I believe is, that since this year the vacancies are less then we can expect that this portion might also play a crucial role. So, I think solving General Awareness PYQs of other PSUs and SSC half an hour daily would suffice.

Sub:Request for Rescheduling ONGC E1 CBT Due to Clash with UPPSC Polytechnic Lecturer Examination Dear Sir/Madam, I respectfully request you to reconsider the tentative CBT date of 06 September 2026 for ONGC E1 Recruitment. The UPPSC Polytechnic Lecturer Examination had already been scheduled for 06 September 2026 before the ONGC examination date was announced. As a result, many candidates who are eligible for both recruitments are now facing an unavoidable scheduling conflict. Conducting both examinations on the same day deprives candidates of a fair opportunity to participate in both prestigious recruitment processes. Therefore, I kindly request ONGC to consider rescheduling the CBT to another suitable date or making an alternative arrangement in the interest of all affected candidates. I sincerely hope this genuine concern of the candidates will receive your kind consideration. Thank you for your time and understanding. Yours faithfully, [Your Name]
