This morning, I woke up to a message that made my day: “Sir, finally selected in NPCIL.” A few minutes later, the student added: “Thank you so much, sir. You taught Psychometry so well. The same questions were asked in the interview, and I was able to answer them confidently.” ❤️ Moments like these remind me that the right guidance at the right time can make all the difference. Clearing a PSU interview is not just about technical knowledge. It also requires confidence, communication skills, presence of mind, and the ability to present yourself under pressure. That’s why, in my mentorship, I focus not only on concepts but also on interview preparation, psychometry, personality development, and confidence building. Gt topic- a Chinese company uses AI deep-fake to make clips of artists, celebrities, sportsmen etc. They without the permission of a artist made a clip and published it. What steps you need to take so that companys trust among users remains there. Their market share don't goes down. What steps to take. Interview experience- Initially they asked about my college, my personal life and about my family. Since my internship was in Mfg. of LPG cylinders so I told them this thing. And then complete discussion was on the same. Then mostly HR questions. Why you want to join. Why only HPCL? Any other psu will be ok to you or not. What things/quality makes you different from other so that we should select you. Mostly they framed questions from my behaviour and my personality traits which I mentioned on the form and on the sheet which was given to us before Interview.

GAIL interview experience held on 24-06-2026 in Noida GD topic - Will artificial intelligence replace jobs that it creates They asked One favourite subject -SOM What is mohr circle If cast iron shaft is subject to pure torsion draw mohr circle how the shaft will fail and by what planes and explain through mohr circle. They asked me to draw the fracture. Stress strain curve for ductile material and all points in it. They asked me to show strain hardening region and what happens in that region Brayton cycle and all process in ts diagram. Inlet and exit temperature of turbine and about regeneration Types of compress and what type is used in aircraft engines. Why axial flow compressor is prefferd than centrifugal compressor. Thank you so much for your guidance and aashirwad.” These messages remind me why I started teaching in the first place. Every selection is much more than a result. It represents months of consistency, discipline, self-doubt, sacrifices, and relentless hard work. As a mentor, my role is not just to teach concepts. It is to guide students through every phase of preparation, keep them motivated when things don’t go as planned, and help them believe in themselves until they succeed.
