Repost from Nqatzy Supremacy
Heinrich Himmler’s speech given on July 4, 1937, addressing SS leaders in Bad Tölz
"We recognize the role of the Catholic Church in the education and moral fortification of the youth and see it as a partner in the endeavor to build a strong and healthy nation."

An interesting note: in the video, it was mentioned that every prisoner (except Hess) attended a chapel service every Sunday.

Bishop Alois Hudal cites Catholic historian Joseph Lortz to prove the fundamental connection between Catholicism and National Socialism
National Socialism is the outcome of events in which the Catholic Church has played a decisive role for centuries. National Socialism is the "fulfillment of destiny."
"It was originally born out of the most profound tendencies of the epoch, of which it is the crowning act. Undoubtedly, we now have the right to speak of an essential transformation, of the birth of a veritable new era, the accomplishments of which will remain. A new epoch has opened which will serve religion and the Church, and which will be extraordinarily well-armed to carry on the fight against atheism."

Archbishop Conrad Gröber on Christianity and Race
"For race and Christianity are not opposites, but different orders that complement each other. Race is something given by nature for each individual people. Christianity is a supernatural mission for all peoples. From the harmonious combination of both orders, the perfection of personality, family, people, humanity flourishes."
— Archbishop Conrad Gröber, Handbuch der religiösen Gegenwartsfragen, p. 537.
Repost from NSDAP Loved Christ II
“I am enclosing on behalf of the Reichsführer SS, a Bible dating from the 13th century, which was seized during the seizure of the Catholic seminary in Plock. The Reichsführer SS requests, if necessary, that this Bible be put in order, since he wants to keep it in the Wewelsburg library.”
—Personal Staff of the Reichsführer-SS, in its letter to the Ahnenerbe on January 31, 1940 [Bundesarchiv BArch NS 19/601, p. 5]

Adolf Hitler, quote from a speech, April 12th 1922.
"The fight against Satan and the forces of darkness and everything that is rotten and corrupt can only be carried on with spiritual weapons, and the Christian faith is the foundation for such a fight."

“I emphasized that the assertion that the NSDAP wants to introduce the cult of Wotan into Germany is erroneous. I made it clear to the gentlemen that the party stands on positive Christianity, but also clearly expressed the Führer’s expectation that the Catholic Church should not interfere in the political affairs of the German people."

As I've been researching the units of the Waffen SS, I have found that the 29. Waffen Grenadier Division Der SS had a priest of its own in the staff of the division by the name of Padre Paolino.

Soviet Anti-Religious Education of the Youth:
The board reads: "Who was seen in a church during Easter?"
The children were encouraged to write the names of their peers who they saw at a church so they could be publicly shamed.

Flemish members of the Waffen SS enlisted due to their Catholic faith, as is exemplified with that of Marcel Laperre, a former Verdinaso (Catholic Corporatist Party) member.

"While we destroyed the [Catholic] Centre Party, we have not only brought thousands of priests back into the Church, but to millions of respectable people, we have restored their faith in their religion and in their priests. The union of the Evangelical Church in a single church for the whole Reich, the Concordat with the Catholic Church - these are but milestones on the road which leads to the establishment of a useful relation and a useful cooperation between the Reich and the two confessions."
-Adolf Hitler, New Year's speech, 1 Jan. 1934.
