* የመውጫ ፈተና ሰሞኑን ለሰባት ቀናት የተሰጠው የ2018 ዓ.ም የቅድመ-ምረቃ የመውጫ ፈተና (Exit Exam)ን ከ224 ሺህ በላይ ተማሪዎች መውሰዳቸውን የትምህርት ምዘናና ፈተናዎች አገልግሎት መረጃ ያሳያል። በሀገር ደረጃ በ88 ማዕከላት እና በ287 ፈተና አይነቶች ፈተናው በሰላም ነው የተሰጠው። ይሁን እንጅ ፈተናው ከተጠናቀቀ በኋላ ከተለያዩ ዩኒቨርሲቲዎችና የትምህርት ክፍሎች " ቅሬታ አለን " ያሉ ተፈታኞች ቅሬታቸውን አቅርበዋል። አንዱና ዋነኛ የነበረው ቅሬታ የፋርማሲ ተማሪዎች ያቀረቡት ቅሬታ ሲሆን " የፈተናው ጥያቄዎች አስቀድመው ተሰርቀው ለተወሰኑ ተማሪዎች ተሰራጭተዋል " የሚል ነው። ቅሬታ አቅራቢዎቹ ለፈተናው በርካታ ልፋትና ዝግጅት ቢያደርጉም፣ ኃላፊነት በማይሰማቸው አካላት አማካኝነት ፈተናው ቀድሞ ወጥቶ መሰራጨቱን የሚያሳዩ መረጃዎች እንዳላቸው ገልጸዋል። ይህ መሆኑም በከፍተኛ ጥረትና በራሳቸው ልፋት የተፈተኑ ተማሪዎችን ስነ-ልቦና በእጅጉ የጎዳና ፍትሃዊነትን ያጓደለ ተግባር መሆኑን ጠቁመዋል። የሚመለከታቸው የበላይ አካላት እንዚህ ጉዳይ ላይ ምርመራ እንዲያደርጉና ምላሽ እንዲሰጡበት ጠይቀዋል። ሌላው፣ በአንዳንድ የትምህርት ዘርፍ ውስጥ ካሉ ተፈታኞች ዘንድ የተነሳው ቅሬታ ፈተናው ከተቀመጠው የይዘት መመሪያ (Blueprint) ውጪ መውጣቱ ነው። ከባህር ዳር ዩኒቨርሲቲ ተማሪዎች በተላከ የቅሬታ መልዕክት የሂሳብ፣ የፊዚክስ፣ የጂኦሎጂ እና የሰርቬይንግ ኢንጂነሪንግ የተለያዩ ጥያቄዎች ከተቀመጠው መመሪያ (Blueprint) ጋር የማይጣጣሙ ሆነው እንዳገኟቸው ገልጸዋል። በተመሳሳይ ከቦንጋ ዩኒቨርስቲ በተላኩ መልዕክቶች የእንስሳት ጤና (DVM) የመውጫ ፈተና የተለያዩ ጥያቆዎች ከBlueprint ጋር የማይገናኙ እንደሆኑ አመልክተዋል። ከዚህ ባለፈ መልስ የሌላቸው ስህተት የሆኑ ጥያቄዎች እንደነበሩ ተመሳሳይ ምርጫዎች መደገማቸውንም ተማሪዎች ጠቁመዋል። ይህ በእንዲህ እንዳለ በአዳማ ሳይንስና ቴክኖሎጂ (ASTU) እና በዋቸሞ ዩኒቨርሲቲዎች ያጋጠመው ተደጋጋሚ የመብራት መቋረጥ በፈተናው ሂደት ላይ እንቅፋት እንደነበር አመልክተዋል። በተለይም በዋቸሞ ዩኒቨርሲቲ የጤና ኢንፎርማቲክስ ተማሪዎች ፈተና ወቅት መብራት አራት ጊዜ በመጥፋቱ ምክንያት የባከነው ሰዓት ሳይተካላቸው ቀርቶ፣ የ100 ጥያቄዎችን ፈተና በአንድ ሰዓት ውስጥ ብቻ እንዲያጠናቅቁ መገደዳቸውን ተማሪዎቹ ገልጸዋል። በተመሳሳይ እንደ አካውንቲንግ ባሉ የሂሳብ ስሌት በሚጠይቁ ዘርፎች ካልኩሌተር እና የማሰቢያ ወረቀት መከልከላቸው ጥያቄዎችን በግምት ለማጥቆር እንደዳረጋቸውና ከፍተኛ ጫና እንደፈጠረባቸው ተማሪዎቹ ለቲክቫህ አብራርተዋል። ከዚህ ባለፈ በአንዳድን የትምህርት ዘርፎች ላይ የሰዓት እጥረት እንደነበር ተማሪዎች ጠቁመዋል። ተፈታኞቹ፣ ትምህርት ሚኒስቴር  የነበሩትን እንቅፋቶች ፈትሾ ፍትሃዊ መፍትሄ እንዲሰጥ፣ ስህተት ያለባቸው ጥያቄዎች እንዲመረመሩ እና ውጤት ሲገለጽ ያጋጠሙትን የቴክኒክ ችግሮች ታሳቢ ያደረገ እንዲሆን ጠይቀዋል። እስካሁን ድረስ የትምህርት ምዘናና ፈተናዎች አገልግሎት በተነሱት ቅሬታዎች ላይ ያለው ነገር የለም። መ/ቤቱ ትናንት ባወጣው አጭር መግለጫ፣ ፈተናው "በሰላም መጠናቀቁን" ብቻ ገልጿል። ቲክቫህ ኢትዮጵያ ሰኔ 14 ቀን 2018 ዓ/ም @tikvahethiopia

Regarding Exit Exam Dear Ax Members, As all of you know, today we are in the concerns raised by exit exam takers. However, we have been informed that there is no clear evidence of cheating. The claimed exam paper appears to have been prepared and generated after the exam, possibly by students interested in retaking it. We also received intentionally misleading witness statements suggesting that some universities obtained the exam, but this is unlikely. Authorities have clarified to Addis Ababa University that there were no exaggerated cases of exam theft. Instead, they may review the blueprint proportions and will release an official statement. Finally, we recommend that all of you remain calm, avoid unnecessary stress, and wait patiently until the exam results are officially announced. We, the Pharmacy students of Madda Walabu University who sat for the June 17, 2026 Exit Exam, respectfully submit this petition to express our concern regarding the fairness of the examination process. We believe that national examinations should uphold transparency, fairness, and academic integrity for all students. We respectfully ask the Ministry of Education to investigate the alleged exam leakage, review the security of the examination system, and reconsider the validity of this exit exam. We deserve a fair assessment that reflects our knowledge, skills, and five years of hard work. In addition, the exam was extremely difficult and seemed more focused on failing students than fairly evaluating the competencies expected from graduating pharmacy students. Therefore, we respectfully request: • Appropriate corrective measures should be taken by the Ministry of Education. • A fair solution that protects students who completed the examination under proper procedures.
