In 2023, as a male, you are more likely to get raped in the modern United States Military than in a Federal Prison. Since the Obama Administration dropped all sexual orientation regulations, male-on-male rape has skyrocketed in the military while it has fallen in federal prisons. Approximately 45 male rapes occur PER DAY in the US military, as more than1.5% of all military men will be raped in the service. That compares to a much smaller .5% rate in federal prisons (many of whom are victims of retaliatory humiliation, not sexually driven attacks). The fastest growth of male military rapes occurred between 2015 - 2020, as more homosexuals entered the service openly.
