Agents of UPSC CAPF & CDS

Team, I am writing this message to address a serious and disappointing trend regarding our online meetings. When we initiated these sessions, the response was highly encouraging. We consistently had 15 to 20, and even up to 30 agents attending and engaging. Unfortunately, recent attendance has dropped drastically. We are now seeing only 3 to 6 people show up. To be completely frank, this is disheartening and unsustainable. Preparing these training modules and running these sessions requires a tremendous amount of my time, energy, and effort. I am more than willing to invest that time to help you grow and succeed, but I expect the same level of respect and commitment in return. Mutual effort is non-negotiable. Please understand that I will not continue to expend my energy if it is not being valued. If attendance and active participation do not improve immediately, I will permanently discontinue conducting these online sessions for free. Take this time to re-evaluate your commitment to this group and your professional growth. I expect to see a full turnout and active engagement at our next scheduled session.
