The #1 mistake Indian IELTS students make in Speaking (and how to fix it in 3 days) Most of my students come to me stuck at Band 6 or 6.5, and the reason is almost always the same. Filler words. "Basically" and "actually" feel natural when you speak. But to an IELTS examiner, they signal a lack of vocabulary range, and that directly affects your Lexical Resource score. The fix is simple. Replace them: - basically -> In essence / To put it simply - actually -> In fact / As a matter of fact Practice this for 3 days and you will feel the difference. 5 words that will instantly raise your IELTS Writing band (swipe to see all) Most students are stuck at Band 6 not because their ideas are weak, but because their vocabulary sounds informal. One simple fix: upgrade the words you already use. 🔥Band 6.5 in 10 days🔥 Sulfath joined my class after her husband recommended my classes. She was looking for flexibility, personalized attention, and a supportive learning environment. In just 10 classes, she achieved her target score of Band 6.5. Her Speaking improved significantly, and even Reading, the module she used to dislike the most, but became much more manageable with the right strategies and practice. What she valued most was the friendly atmosphere, flexible schedule, and individual guidance throughout her preparation. A great reminder that with the right approach, focused preparation can lead to excellent results in a short time.
