What is the need of this session? Because this exam failure never hits you hard on the same day or next day. It hits you hard after 4-5 days and I am sure that now you must be having a devastating hangover of the failure. So this is the time I shall talk to you and let's move forward with next attempt. Although there are many things to talk but some of the things I want to tell you that 1.

This failure is a mathematical problem not a sports one. So mere motivation won't help. You need to find the right way to solve this problem.

2. Don't you dare to say that sir next year I will be in top 10 or 20 or 30. Just don't say it until you find the solution of this mathematical problem. Or I would say you make it happen without saying.
