β Blockchain Matters //
Mansoor Al Mahmoud, CEO of Qatar Investment Authority, said in an interview at the Qatar Economic Forum in Doha that the Qatari wealth fund is interested in developing blockchain technology rather than cryptocurrencies.

π€ Premium features for bots //
Telegram team has updated the Bot API to version 6.1 which supports updates related to Premium accounts. In particular, bots can now identify premium users and premium stickers.
This means that soon Telegram will see the creation of many new bots that will have features available only to Premium subscribers (or vice versa, i.e. for free users only).
The messenger team talked about other innovations in Bot API 6.1 in the changelog.
Earlier, the official @PremiumJoinBot bot, which uses the new features, was released. It automatically lets in users with Premium subscription into a private chat.
However, users have already created an alternative @PremiumRemoveBot, that, on the contrary, bans all premium users in the chat.
