According to a new study published by Freshworks, good technologies and tools at workplace become increasingly important. 69 per cent of Middle East line of business leaders expressed the need for good technology to win the war for talent, and 79 per cent recognise that high-calibre employees will consider looking for a new employer if their current job does not provide access to the tools, technology, or information they need to do their jobs well.
Meanwhile 56 per cent of employees said their company could probably dissuade them from finding a new job if they invested in automation. ⛓ Blockchain Matters //
Mansoor Al Mahmoud, CEO of Qatar Investment Authority, said in an interview at the Qatar Economic Forum in Doha that the Qatari wealth fund is interested in developing blockchain technology rather than cryptocurrencies.
He also added that the fund will stop investing in Russia despite the availability of assets. Qatar is looking for partners to invest in infrastructure in Africa and remains optimistic about Europe in the long term.

🤖 Premium features for bots //
Telegram team has updated the Bot API to version 6.1 which supports updates related to Premium accounts. In particular, bots can now identify premium users and premium stickers.
This means that soon Telegram will see the creation of many new bots that will have features available only to Premium subscribers (or vice versa, i.e. for free users only).
The messenger team talked about other innovations in Bot API 6.1 in the changelog.
Earlier, the official @PremiumJoinBot bot, which uses the new features, was released. It automatically lets in users with Premium subscription into a private chat.
However, users have already created an alternative @PremiumRemoveBot, that, on the contrary, bans all premium users in the chat.
