As for essay topic, I've decided to give you this one: Some people think history has nothing or little to tell us, but others think that studying the past history can help us better understand the present. Discuss both views and give your opinion. Submit your essays till the end of September 3, and I will post the assessed versions here so that everybody can learn. Good night :)

Here are the answers for the reading passage I sent earlier, along with some vocabulary. As I create these passages & questions all by myself, they are bound to have some certain flaws and inaccuracies. For example, one question requires you to change the word form, which is not actually acceptable. I have also been told that the word 'fundamental' makes Question 3 a bit too tricky. If you spot any similar issues, report them in the comment section below so that I learn from these mistakes and can improve my test-writing skills.
